2021 Plant your flag! (1 Viewer)

That's not how you spell "Tee Higgins."
You’re right.  Higgins doesn't run high completion percentage routes.  Boyd does.

I'm rarely right, but I think Marvin Jones emerges as Trevor Lawrence's go-to security blanket, and I think Algolor continue's one of the oddest ascents in the annals of FF.

Edit: This still leaves room for Shenault to excel.
I like Marvin for some splash plays, but Shenault with get the LOS stuff that was supposed to go to the rbs. As a Philly native algolor will drop a few balls and then BB will bench him forever.   This is the way.

Four  quarterbacks flirt with both passing yardage and TD records. Brady, staffford, mahomes, and dak.  Dak ends up with the most FF Points in most leagues while Stafford takes the yardage and Brady the TD record.

No one saw Mahomes or Lamar?
In 2018 I drafted Mahomes in the 8th. The following year Lamar went in the 10th in my league. (I was high on him but stupidly thought that if I drafted Cam I didn't need a back-up. Cam played two games and then went on IR.) So yes, not many people were saying before the season that either was going to finish as the QB1.

Mostert rushes for 150 yards in a game, four times.
I like it. I'm all over Trey Sermon this year, but it's not because I'm a Mostert hater. Mostert is outstanding. I think there's plenty of carries to be had for both of them.

My Fantasy Season kind of hinges on Miles Sanders being good. I think he's been faded a bit too far this off-season and I see him finishing top 10 RBs overall in PPR.

Stat wise, this rookie class will go down in history as the greatest yet.

But my flag will be

David Montgomery. Top 3.

Browns will pass more than last year

Bucs will run a bunch more than last year

Taylor will be RB1

CMC and Montgomery will be 2 and 3

Ronald Jones will be top 10

Antonio Brown as a top 20 WR

I'll do you one better.....he's a top 15 WR at years end, if healthy.

My flag is planted with Najee Harris. Top 5 RB this year as a rookie. Own him in 5 of 6 leagues.

I’m planting my flag for both Ridley and AJ Brown being top 5 WRS - with Ridley ending up as WR1.

Bonus: Zeke is also a top 5 RB.

Justin FIelds wins Rookie of the Year. He takes the job over early in the season and is a weekly QB1 immediately.

This. No rookie QB has ever won the Super Bowl, as far as I'm aware. If Fields pulls that off, he'd exorcise the ghosts of Cade McNown, Mike Glennon, and Bad Rex forever.

Matthew Stafford finishes as a top 3 QB

Nick Chubb rushes for over 1,900 yards

Van Jefferson finishes the season with the second most points amongst Rams WRs

Corey Davis finishes as a top 10 overall WR

Juwan Johnson finishes as a top 10 overall TE

Flags planted  for Shenault and Marvin Jones. Mine is for Chark. Finally has a QB to hit him running open down the field.

If this latest news about Ekeler’s hammy is smoke then 1000 running / 1000 receiving 10+ TD’s. This call is probably mockworthy by the end of the weekend.

Well, I was going to post yesterday on this, as I have Ekeler in several leagues.   But with the news thats come out, I am more "hopeful" than anything.

I ALSO like JONNU SMITH as a top 5-7 guy.  I drafted him in at least 2 spots, he has all the hallmarks of a possible breakout.   He gets a few carries here and there, very talented and BILL BELICHICK sought him out specifically.  There was a story about him meeting Jonnu on the field after a game last year, and Belickick told him "I'm going to have you on MY team someday".  I don't think having Mac Jones under center will hurt him either, only help.

Is he going to be a top 2-3 guy?  That may be a bit of a reach but I think he could finish top 5-7 with ease, and hes going UNDRAFTED in most leagues.

 TZM

Is this the inverse corollary to the superstition poll?

I'd like to plant flags for everyone I had high but was too chicken to draft where they were available. Thus not cursing my own squad?

I think I'd call these more "slightly bold predictions" because I never really took the shot and all of them are well within the realm of possibility.

Logan Thomas top 4 TE.

Corey Davis and Courtland Sutton both top 20 WR.

Najee Harris top 5 RB.

Where do we go to collect our internet points in 4 months?

Surprise Top 10s

Jameis Winston (comeback player of the year)

Damien Harris (most rushing TDs)

Marquez Callaway (steals Michael Thomas' job)

Jonnu Smith (top 5)

Bengals kicker (go Gators)

Bronco's Defense (top 5)

J Taylor is the absolute stud some of us feel he will be

Ekeler will be a fantasy bust. (Felt this even before the injury)

Ridley #1 WR

Harris becomes L Bell version 2.0

Well, I ended up with Waller in all three of my leagues, and I'm stoked....he's Kelce, but at a discount....He should be good for 100 receptions over 1000 yards and 10 TD's.

Amari out produces CeeDee.

Kyler overall #1 QB in FF.

Barkley went as a RB2 in all my drafts.....people went Mahomes/Allen or WR over him....snagged him in one.....I'm saying top 3 finish for him and those who got him at a discount, could make your season.
