Some FISHY 4th quarter reffing up in Sac Town tonight. I'm having flashbacks back to 2002 ffs. Not challenging Sabonis 6th foul was a big error that isn't helping the Kings either.
NBA should do away with the foul out rule. After your 6th, if commit the foul, it's 3 shots and possession.I posted this in the wrong thread earlier, lol.

Pick the ****tier one so I have a better chance to grab the guys I want.Debating 2 guys who won't make it back around...trying to decide who is more important.
Good thing we are eliminating the three point shot in this league.4.xx - Kyle Kuzma, Capital Bullets
5.xx - Ausar Thompson, Twins
Forgot i should write a bit. Seems a lock for between 20-25 points a night, big minutes, hits 3s and rebounds enough for a 6'9" guy. Ausar is exactly who we thought he was, athletic with defensive chops that will stuff the stat sheet and can't shoot a lick. Sub <$10mm salary and can be a 5th option on this team right now. Siakam, Thompson and Duren seem to be 3 high quality defenders.

You have mentioned defense in descriptions of your previous two picks. Brogdon and Portis. Sorry, but they both suck on defense5.02 - Bobby Portis, PF/C, MIL $11,710,818
Versatility, defense and shooting are important to me and Bobby provides it all. He may only start 1/4 of the time but he is invaluable to the Bucks and will be so to this team as well. Useful as a smaller center or double big PF, can stretch the floor with corner threes, defend well and rebound. I wanted Brook Lopez here, but Bobby isn't a bad consolation prize.
Now I just cross my fingers and pray the other guy I wanted survives the next 36 picks but I highly doubt it. Too many savvy drafters in this thing.
@dunfee555
The only guys who averaged more 3PA per 36 last year were Curry and Klay. He'll get up a ****ing ton of them.5.03 - Malik Beasley, MIL, SG, 2,709,849
Going the extreme budget route here to start making the numbers work with 3 high-salary guys. Beasley is starting for a really good Bucks team and will be the sixth man on this squad. Still a great shooter who will be getting a lot of open looks playing with Lebron. Defense is a concern with him, but a great sparkplug scorer for the bench.

It's called "salesmanship". They both play defense don't they? You have mentioned defense in descriptions of your previous two picks. Brogdon and Portis. Sorry, but they both suck on defense5.02 - Bobby Portis, PF/C, MIL $11,710,818

I had trouble valuing him. He’s obviously a total steal talent wise but that’s a big salary number for someone missing 1/3 of the season for suspension and who knows how much more time for injuries/additional suspensions.Team Trader Jake

A controversial player of late, but he's a hooper I believe in. With the ball in his hands very few defenders can keep him out of the lane. That ability is crucial to drive efficient offense for his team, especially at the end of the shot clock and down the stretch of big games. Last season he also showed a willingness to play defense that wasn't there when he entered the league.
In real life I hope he gets everything straightened out off the court because on the court the guy is mesmerizing.
Tomayto, tomahto. (or is it DeRosan, DeRozan?) One man's trash is another man's treasure.
I always thought he was pretty good, but it's entirely possible I'm mixing him up with someone else. Either way I know he's a good scorer who ramps it up in the fourth. He'll fit well with my squad, I think.
You’re probably mixing him up with DeMarr DeRozan.

Damn, should have skipped him. He was on my short list.
I love this pick and he was on my very short list after I picked. Seems like an athletic high energy defender who should be the starting PF for the Hawks the rest of the year. Unfortunately, they moved him into the starting role last night and he looked awesome so I figured he wasn't coming back around.

This was who I was hoping to fall back to me.I like my team, but it has one obvious hole that needs to be filled. I need a dynamic swing that can score consistently. Bonus that he's a good defender as well. I'd prefer a little more three point shooting at this position, but hey, we're in the fifth, and I'm just happy a guy like this is here for the taking.
