From things I have heard locally Tucker was already wearing his welcome out at MSU and seemed disinterested as the reality was he was not competing with Michigan, OSU and Penn State who are in the same division. Recruiting was not going well and MSUs starting QB and star WR left the team and went to Auburn and FSU. So MSU in reality probably wanted him gone, of course not in this manner but this expedites the process.

I don't think you're condoning sexual assault, but you are making excuses for a man who at the very least displayed horrible judgement in romantically pursuing a woman who was paid to speak to his football team about sexual assault. Would you want to pay a man 80 million dollars who, while married, spent his time chasing a woman who is not only an advocate for sexual assault victims but was a victim herself? Of all the women out there in the world, this married man voluntarily chose Brenda Tracy? C'mon man.
