I think this might have been a trap game prior to the Cardinals win, but I can’t see Shanahan or the team looking past them now.14 point favorites vs Arizona.
I feel like the Cards got an emotional win yesterday and will come back down to earth next week. I don't see Adam Gase 2.0 out coaching Shanahan.
I’m a little worried about it too. Debating using it in my survivor pool.I think this might have been a trap game prior to the Cardinals win, but I can’t see Shanahan or the team looking past them now.14 point favorites vs Arizona.

I'm sure they could get more. He is getting bad coaching and a good coach and/or team that liked him coming out of college has got to be seeing and saying the same thing.Could the Bears get a fourth round pick for Fields at this point? Never quite understood everyone who liked him taking an early victory lap on the Lance pick.

Back in the late 80s/early 90s as a kid I was a huge Niners fan (because of Montana, Rice and the Jersey colors lol). I believe 86 was my first year getting into football and I got to witness the Bears massacre of the Patriots. That Niners superbowl run (especially the destruction of the Bills) was some of my greatest moments as a child.I'd take that all dayLooking like a Buffalo/San Fran Super BowlAfter 3 weeks, Total Team DVOA (and offense/defense/special team DVOA ranks)

Your post reminded me of my 1986 Topps Jerry Rice Rookie cards. I'd take back soda cans to buy a pack of cards to land that bad boy. What value does such a stupid comment add to the forum? Get your jollies elsewhere. No one laughed, and TBH, all it does is spark up a side discussion like the one we're having. Again, what's the point?Well. I'm old. I've been an active member to fantasy football message boards for decades. I will say that not all are the same. Some are super strict. Some are super aggressive. Some are quite volatile. I found this one quite refreshing. Open opinions. Open ideas. If you think it has too many trolls you need to get out more. Ha ha. My point was just being silly. Dude just hit 200 yards at an 11 yard a carry clip displaying blazing speed. Who is the slowest plodding rb you can think of? Mine was Asiata. It was a joke. Obviously a bad joke to you. My bad. You called me a troll? Hilarious. My intention was being silly in the narrative conversation of a player thread. I apologize to you and also the Asiata family.I don't post here as much as most, but I do SEE more trolling than I ever remember. What's the point of your post? You don't see it?The 230 pound plodder that ran a 4.77 40 and didn't even get drafted? Great comp.He has Matt Asiata feel about him.![]()

You’re right. I was mistaking them with the Broncos. That Niners superbowl run (especially the destruction of the Bills) was some of my greatest moments as a child.
they never played the bills in the super bowl
That's my prediction. But I'd rather see Cheetah, Achane, Waddle, Mostert, Tua and coach McDaniel in the superbowl. Miami needs to fix its defense first. MIA @ BUF this Sunday could determine SF's opponent in Las Vegas.Looking like a Buffalo/San Fran Super BowlAfter 3 weeks, Total Team DVOA (and offense/defense/special team DVOA ranks)

They have 3 WRs banged up49ers planned participation report today per Kyle Shanahan:
Out - WR Deebo Samuel (ribs), LB Dre Greenlaw (ankle), WR Jauan Jennings (shin)
Limited - WR Brandon Aiyuk (shoulder), CB Ambry Thomas (knee)
Deebo Samuel also has a knee issue on top of the rib issue, Shanahan said
Save Deebo for Dallas.
Deebo can sit IF Aiyuk plays. Purdy has the best chemistry with Aiyuk, and CMC can do what Deebo does, and even Ronnie Bell can do sweeps and runs like a madman with the ball in his hands.I don't understand the logic of save this guy for that game, Dallas just lost by 2 TDs to the same team you feel you can rest starters against
-I get your POV, I just don't think its discussed quite the same we it's posted in here behind closed doors. If Deebo can play then he will likely play
My bigger question is if he's OUT, I don't want an 80% Deebo vs Dallas from a FF perspective
I realize you are talking as a SF fan, i said the same thing about Waddle as you are about Deebo when we played Denver last week so I totally understan
He apparently has a knee issue.Kinda surprised Deebo is even in question, it seemed like he just got the wind knocked out of him on Thursday, I mean his big TD catch came after that play happened.
Even if he's a decoy he demands attentionI have no idea why they are rushing him back for a week 4 game against the Cardinals.
Biderman made a point on his podcast this week that the Shanahan Niners have a history of pushing guys to play through injuries and they often end up getting hurt more as a result. They shouldn’t need Deebo at 75% out there acting as a decoy to beat Arizona.Even if he's a decoy he demands attentionI have no idea why they are rushing him back for a week 4 game against the Cardinals.
I don't know about that, but I'll trust the coaching staff on the decision.Niners have a history of pushing guys to play through injuries and they often end up getting hurt more as a result
Wrapped up October on day 1.Christian McCaffrey is the NFC’s Offensive Player of the Month for September.
His second time winning it as a Niner.
He leads the league in rushing, has forced the most missed tackles of any running back, and has more 10+ yard carries than anybody in the NFL.
No defense can stop this guy.
I saw at least 3 throws to Aiyuk where Brock threw it a few steps before Aiyuk even turned his head around. That's trust, chemistry, and timing right there. Just beautiful.Brock looked fantastic. There was at least one questionable deep pass to Aiyuk in double coverage but Aiyuk is also a beast. Just seemed like they could do whatever they wanted all afternoon.
