Warriors MVP and noted number one reason they are atop the West, for his incredible shooting and massive upgrade from three over Klay Thompson...somehow was a -21 and 2/8 from range. Klay, who i am reminded cannot shoot, was only 6/12 from deep.

I saw a question on /r/NBA that got me thinking - who are some players that fans are going to see the stats for in 20/30/50 years and wonder how they were ever rated so highly? Who are those guys that you just had to watch with your eyes to understand?
The thread that got me thinking about this was comparing Iverson to a more contemporary player. Iverson is 100% that kind of player for me - take away the context of some of his inefficiency (team makeup, league inefficiency, arguably the worst rules era for small guards) and I can see it. You just had to see him to really get it.

Kyrie may be one. Jrue Holiday another. Draymond perhaps? Just guys without eye popping offense and generally excellent defense and always seem to be winning is where my mind went right away. But then the Kyrie take is more like Iverson - he doesn't like lead the league in stuff really but damn when he is in the game all the way and wants to win and pushes hard hes incredible.

I know I've posted my disdain for Jabari Smith before but just heard a stat that on open 3s he's the worst shooter in the NBA at 15%. Shooting was supposedly his strong point but I haven't seen ANY improvement since he's entered the league. Udoka really needs to let the better player start (Tari) and if it wouldn't crush his trade value I'd be open to sending him to the G-League to join Cam. He's that bad

At what point does Milwaukee consider trading him for a super-charged return for their inevitable rebuild?
He'll be 30 next month and they ****ing suck with no real hope on the horizon (Dame is 34- making 48.7 mil this year/54 mil next year/58.5 the next year, Middleton is 33 and semi dead- making 31.6 this year/34 next, Brook Lopez is 36 and unsigned for next year). They haven't developed a home-grown player under Giannis since... ever?
I suppose they can just play this season out and he'll still retain his value, but man.

Not before mid-January when the whole league is eligible to be traded. I could see them getting the best return possible this season on Lopez but shopping Dame and Gianni's this off-season.

Speaking of fantasy basketball, for those in dynasty leagues, Jared McCain has been a MF STEAL! 34pts 10 Assists.....not bad for the 16th pick in the draft.
