2025 Cleveland Browns - OTAs (4 Viewers)

just heard on radio, Wills to short term IR, should be back this season.
I know we've all kinda **** on Jed but he is what he is and I did not want to see him go out this way. Ravens gotta be chomping at the bit now. Stefanski is going to be tested this week putting together the offensive plan. I think he's done a better job this year game planning and with in-game adjustments than any other year he's been here. We'll see what he's got this week.
Bill Callahan is like a secret weapon. i was so happy when they signed him.

Bill will have someone ready to play LT with a week to prepare.

i'm not saying it will be perfect, but i would be shocked if that position is a big liability in the Ravens game.
Well, we already had a liability at LT, so this shouldn't be much different. Jones though...
A liability yes but you knew what you had. Now you don't have either bookend so you're going to slide people around which puts people in positions they aren't used to. Continuity is one of the things that make an OL good. Bitonio said he play wherever but it isn't his forte. Then you gotta backfill at G. Just gums everything up bringing in new guys and shuffling around.

I may be the crazy one, but I'm more concerned about CB than the OL.

Reason for concern on both fronts but I'm still more worried about the OL. Hope we're both wrong

growing pains... but the PIT and the SEA games would've been Ws for a more veteran team.

we'll get there. we're for REAL.

Going to try and catch some of the "talking heads" on TV today (skip, stphen a, cowherd etc) to see if the Browns are FINALLY gonna get respect as a threat...

They always name 10 teams and we're never one of them. We should have been. There ain't no way we're not now.

It's really amazing the **** show that the Cleveland Browns can be. Watson on season ending IR with a multitude of injuries. I don't know who slept with who's significant other to cause this multi-generational curse but I hope it is lifted before I die. **** me

There goes the Browns hopes of having any type of impact in the Playoffs if they can even get there now

-All Pro RB OUT for the seaosn
-Pro Bowl QB OUT for the season

Just awful

That divorced guy is out there. Is Phil Rivers available? Matt Ryan has said he’d come out of retirement for a contender.
Have to think Brady is itching to show he can still sling it, he must be hovering over his phone waiting for a call.

I'd have to think Matt Ryan coming out of the booth would mirror what Cutler did when he came out of the booth. Completely imploded and quit after that game.

Is Brady a partial owner of an NFL team? If so, he wouldn't be eligible to play I'd think...

I would rather them give DTR a full week of 1st Team reps and build around him for this week at least. PJ Walker is a turnover machine, so I don't want him playing Pittsburgh.

Others of note....Colt McCoy....Nick Foles....Is Testeverde still sitting on a couch somewhere?

i would like to think with the defense and the running game, we just need someone that can run the offense and not turn the ball over.

Foles has about a 2:1 TD:INT ratio on his career. i don't know much about his game beyond that.

seriously if they roll with Walker and DTR, they are punting on this season, and i'm not sure that's going to end well for Stefanski and Berry.

Berry said they are happy with the room as is but will be bringing in a third QB so that they carry 2 on the active roster and 1 on the practice squad.

he's had a few more weeks to get ready, so who knows?

(not holding my breath.)
Glad you're on our side Mr. Positive!

We've seen his floor with a no notice, no practice start vs Balt. Let's see what a week of prep will do for him vs Pitt. It can only go up from here.

What record do you think CLE ends the season with? That amazing D should keep them competitive but I see 9-8 type finish.
