Just roster Buffalo D - not ideal @KC then a bye week. Best looking two game ww D's are Jags vs INDY and NYG, Cincy vs @ NO and Falcons

Have to drop Lat Murray this weekend, and can then pick him back up and drop kicker (Carlson on bye coming back) ....any suggestions?

Anyone have any thoughts on DAL or CLE this week? Tempted to just roll out Dallas and hope for the best. Cincy also avail.
Rankings and underdog aside, DAL D has the juju going. Seems like CLE will be in a tick, tick, tick game without a whole lot of opportunities - idk about them. I don't know anything either lol. I'm playing DAL D and still debating in my other league as I pivoted off of NE, but NE gets a home game against CHI next week on MNF.

Taylor and Heins OUT for Sunday.

Ryan has been awful.

Jaxonville likely owned everywhere, but looking like a mighty fine play on paper.

Good D, no Taylor, Indy has given up a league high 21 sacks and has 11 turnovers (3rd most.)

I picked them up in 3 leagues last week and I'm rolling with them this week also. Cin, Car, and Rams all have good matchups, but I'm not going to get too cute, just sticking with Jax.

I'm tempted to do something else in the one league I own them, but they've been playing lights out, so I'll stick with them while they're hot. That said, I don't really expect a ton but I don't want to drop them and not get them back nor do I want to drop anyone else. I'm in good shape otherwise on that team - it might depend on what you need from them/if you have someone to drop.

Was happy I grabbed DAL back several weeks ago...now think Im just rolling with them the rest of the way unless something changes.
They check the boxes when it comes to FF Ds...pressure on the QB, don't seem to allow a lot of points or get in big shootouts...force turnovers and manage to score TDs every few weeks.
Think Id rather hold them and hoping they have even an average game against teams like Philly, then risk losing them to another team by dropping them and playing the roulette wheel of streamers right now.

They are 3rd in my league only behind Buffalo and SF.

DAL v CLE is my current dilemma. I know they went ham on LAR but PHI a much better and capable offense. CLE over NE with rookie QB seems the safer less chance of things going bad for the defense move.

I still haven’t picked up CLE, though, sorta hoping someone swoops in and takes them. Also trying to trade for TAM to ride the pair of DAL/TAM through rest of year

how'd we miss Jets at Lambeau being the obvious DT cold stone lock of the week?

what a performance - 4 sacks, 2 blocked kicks, recovered fumble, TD, 2 3 and outs, a 4th down stop, 162 yards & 3 points allowed.

I dropped New England for Jacksonville yesterday when I saw Jax was available as a free agent and the Johnathan Taylor OUT news came out.

15 point swing in that stupid overthinking position. And now I don’t have New England for some upcoming juicy matchups which was my thinking of grabbing them in the first place.

I know I'm snake bitten from the Jags suggestion but don't look now, the Jets have 5 double digit point weeks in my league including 20+ in the last 3 weeks. They go up against Denver this week, the 6th worst offense in terms of FF points allowed.

At 2% owned on sleeper, they're probably available.

I noticed that too. I am all in on the Jets this week. They have played well lately and that should definitely continue vs Denver. You can see Saleh's imprint starting to take hold on that D and Sauce is a stud.

I have both SF and Philly. SF is coming off an uninspiring performance -- are the injuries catching up with them? -- and has a tough matchup vs KC. Philly is on bye.

I'm kind of thinking I need to stick with SF this week and hope for the best. Other options include picking up a third defense (Jets?) or just dropping SF.

Starting next week I can probably just roll with Philly for awhile, potentially ROS

In another league, had been stashing Jax for a couple weeks but after last Sunday, I think the dream is dead.

Will look to target Jets, Miami and Tenn, in that order

Denver and Jets on my ww.....Buff bye week for me.

Jets D gets at least 3-4 sacks and probably a pick....
Bronco's D might just walk off the field if offence can't get a first down....

Yep pivoting off from Jaguars, what a let down I had such high hopes. I don't trust Saints(they are always rated high it seems) I went with Cardinals since a lot of starters are still out for Saints on this short week Thursday matchup, just need to worry about Olave, Kamara, and Taysom blowing up.

I hate defenses on teams with terrible offenses. Too much that can go wrong
What about the Chief defense @ SF. Great offense, no problem there. And maybe under-rated given who they've faced: LAC, TB, LV, and BUF.

I have had SF only all year and am considering just dropping them. Next week is ok with the Rams but they seem like injuries are catching up with them and then have a bye after the Rams. Need to dig into these injuries more, but am leaning toward just cutting bait.

Good for you in doing what you need to do.

People tend to fall in love with a name brand DST and remember the draft capital in acquiring them, but underestimate just how dramatically injuries can add up and change the nature of the results over the course of a season. It's hard to swallow your pride and waive a preseason top 5 DST to pick up an odd one week streamer like the Jets, but you gotta do what you gotta do.

Of course, I'm writing this as the guy who can never seem to find a set and forget DST during the course of any year and ends up always streaming until week 17, so maybe I'm biased.

Yeah, this year I gave up on spending anything more than a last round pick on a defense and just went with matchups/hot hand from week to week. Still struggling, but at least I have one more depth piece at the flex to work with. Same thing with kickers.

Last week I streamed CAR even though DraftKings had them as the lowest rated and it paid off. Stafford pick 6 had me smiling and I'm a Lions fan lol. Seems like every week there are a few good options to stream. TEN or NYJ perhaps. Some picking up MIA. After dropping CAR I picked up NE. And starting DAL D in another league.

The Texans have scored only 86 points. I think LV is a decent start in larger leagues with 4 teams on byes, including BUF & PHI.

Jets or Broncos D this week. Both available. What do you all think?

Denver at home, but that offense is just so bad. It's either going to be an injured Russ or Rypien. Jets have been shutting people down last few games. Have to figure Sauce locks up Sutton, Denver will try to lean on the run game, but good luck with that line. Denver D is good as well of course but that offense could put them in some bad spots. Everywhere you look "analysts" have Denver ranked higher this week, but seems like NYJ is the more upside play.

J-E-T-S JETS JETS JETS
This is the answer. After three weeks of GB and drafting them at the beginning of the season and being so disappointed, I’m finally ready to re-enter the streaming ranks with a unlikely top performer in the form of “Mean Green.”
