Depends on what you mean by dynasty.

That is, how deep is your league at it's shallowest point in time? (This is usually prior to rookie draft.)

120? Probably not.

240? I'd think most definitely.

D.Ward is on a 1-year deal and could try FA this offseason.

He has shown he can play and some team might think he's a Michael Turner type (although 28 years old).

That would leave Bradshaw as the #1b behind Brandon Jacobs who NY has been hesitant to run much over 20 carries.

Bradshaw has shown he can play and they trusted him down the stretch last year.

NYG are the new DENVER where the system allows just about everyone to be a successful runner.

I like AB a lot as a stash and he is on my younger dynasty team.

I have been offered late 2009 1st rounders and didn't take them. Call me crazy.

Conversely, I have tried to pluck him from owners in other leagues and it is NOT easy.

Maybe before this season began but if you reject that now than i am calling you crazy

.....and just think what a darling he was last year. How quickly things change.
I think Bradshaw is running into an issue where he just doesn't fit a need for the Giants right now. He is a well rounded runner, and the Giants are doing the whole "big guy/little guy" routine right now with Jacobs and Ward. Bradshaw isn't a better power runner than Jacobs and he isn't a better speed back than Ward. He is however good in both of those areas, as well as pass blocking and receiving out of the backfield. I like Bradshaw as a stash right now because of the imminent loss of Ward and constant injury concerns with Jacobs. Not to mention if somehow he ever gets to starting for them again as the sole back he will have incredible numbers.

Considering how well Ward has done, it may be difficult to resign both Jacobs and Ward although Ward's age and injury history may work against him in the open Market.

If one of them leave via FA, Bradshaw is the next in line so he definitely has value dynasty wise.

I disagree here.Bradshaw is the most dynamic/"take it to the house" type of runner of the three but Ward and Jacobs bring the most rounded skill sets to the position (including blocking) for the Giants.

I was very high on Bradshaw last year but I'm way down on him now because NY is doing anything but treating him like their future RB. Not sure if it is related to his summer jail gig [which will occur again this coming summer] or what. He's obviously in a doghouse. He's worth holding if you have the roster depth and are considering the merits of Bradshaw vs. a 3rd kicker or 6th WR.

It is only the 10th week of the season coming up, and ninth game. Ward and Jacobs have not been ironmen, so I would not rush to judgment on either side of the coin. I suspect that we will hear Bradshaw's name a lot going forward. For me, it is too early to make the an evaluation about 2009.

Dude's talent hasn't changed. The rotation of Jacobs/Ward is working well for the Giants. The brief appearances Bradshaw has made have mostly been positive. I won't drop him in my Dynasty league.

In his limited time, hes looked to me to be the best pure runner on the team. For some reason he isnt seeing the field much though. Part of that is the Giants havent needed him since they've been playing so well. For dynasty, he's likely to be in the mix next year, as its doubtful the Giants will resign both Ward and Jacobs.

I agree. The Giants have no reason to give Bradshaw more work now when Ward and Jacobs are both healthy and the Giants are winning. BUT I would expect Bradshaw to get more involved down the stretch in 1 of 2 ways. Either they start using him more at the back end of the schedule to keep Ward and Jacobs fresh and healthy for their playoff run OR they continue to run Ward/Jacobs now and they have a fresh Bradshaw for their playoff run. I think option #1 is more likely but it really depends on how the Giants staff views him.As for 2009. I think there's a 2% chance both Jacobs and Ward are back with the Giants next year. Either Jacobs asks for too much money in a new contract and the Giants let him go, while re-signing Ward OR the Giants resign Jacobs and Ward leaves for a starters gig somewhere else. Either way Bradshaw ends up as the #2 in NY next year behind a RB who hasn't exactly been injury-free.
