Wow!! The force was so great the IT Band and hamstring also tore. 15 degrees of extension is the hardest and most important thing to get back after an injury like this. 6 weeks that extension should be close to 0. He needed two manipulations because of scar tissue. Ouch!!

Range of motion is by far the most painful part of rehab. Gentle Ben must be the Range of Motion guy.

No way I would bet against Al Harris. He's an amazing, inspirational professional. I know he's old, but I really hope to open my paper one day soon and read about his contract extension with the Packers.
