12 team league. PPR. Not head to head, but rather tope weekly score of all 12 teams takes weekly $$$ prize.

Start 1qb, 2rb, 3 wr, te, d/st, k

qb's get 1 point/10 yards, 3pt's per TD pass

1 point/10yds. rush and rec.

6 points per td rush and rec.

Two team just announced a trade.

Calvin Johnson

M. Jones-Drew

Trent Edwards

for

Eddie Royal

Pierre Thomas

Phillip Rivers

I think the top team got rooked.

Calvin >>> Eddie

MJD >> Pierre (Maybe only 1.5, as the Jags line is so decimated by injury).

Trent < Rivers

We don't really have a trade oversight rule in the league. Damn, this sure seems lopsided. Maybe it's just me crying sour grapes because I didn't get the chance to get Calvin Johnson and MJD for so little. I actually think Trent Edwards is going to be pretty good.

Am I out of line to put forth a protest? Or am I way off base and just jealous - or both?

FYI, one of the traders is our commissioner.

The only time a trade should be overruled is when there is proof of collusion. period.
Collusion seems less likely, as this is a weekly cash league. The Commish seems like he is a really good guy. I tend to agree about not overruling....I think I am more envious. :hifive: Beauty is in the eye of the beholder.

It's very refreshing to hear someone admit to questioning a trade out of sheer jealousy. 99% of the time trade vetos are actually the majority of league owners jealous they didn't think of it first, masked behind the excuse that it's their duty to help save an owner from himself.

It does not look that lopsided to me. Remember that when a trade is made it takes to willing participants. In this case the guy that gave up Calvin might think that Rivers is the second coming. Unless you can prove collussion don't get to upset with trades. I have been in this hobby for 15 years and have really seen some trades that I thought were one sided. In the end they usually work out fairly even.
