I actually enjoy this. I like hearing the lesser played songs during that time, like the ones that peaked in the 40-21 range, instead of just the same hits we still hear today.

Count me among the sad. Casey Kasem is old-time radio. Golden voice. Would love to rhyme on a dime like him and do it silky smooth.

I never knew he was Shaggy.

Yep he was awesome. I remember sitting there waiting for my favorite Styx, J. Geils Band or Hall & Oates song to come on and I'd hit the record button. When a long distance dedication came on I'd get all impatient and roll my eyes. Good times.
