About to spend a couple weeks down there with some of my wife's grad school classmates. 

We have Buenos Aires on lockdown food-wise. Mendoza we've got the wine days taken care of, but in both Mendoza and San Carlos de Bariloche, could use some dinner recommendations. I figured the FFA as a whole is pretty well-traveled - any recommendations?
