It's quite easy to find total season targets for wide receivers, do any websites show targets on a per game basis? I guess I'm looking for a (free) site that has game logs that display targets.

Go to the stats page, it's a very useful resource in evaluating fantasy info. They have targets, as well as other stats broken down to use for fantasy decisions, including fantasy points scored against a D by position. Every individual player also has game logs detailing targets. It's free and it's customizable, so you can enter your scoring rules.
