Anyone ever start two RB's from same team? (1 Viewer)

AT what point, will the distribution of carries/touches even out?

I keep reading that the Jets will want to keep LT fresh. Further, if/when they are up in a game, there is no doubt that Greene will be toting the rock.

Given that they are a run first team, is starting them both worthy of consideration?

I did it 2 years ago with CJ and Doughboy against KC I think (?) both went off, I did it a few more times that season and it worked out most weeks.

I might do Woodhead/Law Firm next week due to SJ39 & MJD on byes. Woodhead for PPR & yards, and hopefully BJGE scores as usual.

Who else do you have? Who is on your waiver wire? 2 RB's on the same team is a desperation move.

Haven't done it since I had Larry Johnson and Priest Holmes in Kansas City. So yes, I've done it......you could probaby get away with it again this week with two Kansas City backs IMO.

Started Jones and Charles last week!

I did bench Turner for Jones, and Turner had a nice game, so it was hardly a "great move," but it worked OK for me. Got 200 yards and 2 TDs from those 2 guys and won.

I started MJD and Deji Karim a couple weeks back in a league that rewarded return yardage. And Deji actually wound up being the more productive member of the duo. I'd be doing it again this week if Marshawn Lynch hadn't been traded to Seattle and suddenly become a quality desperation play.

I started Ray Rice & Willis McGahee the same week and was rewarded with touchdowns by both of them.

I tried Jones/Charles against IND earlier in the year. Unfortunately it didn't work out but seemed like a good play at the time. Mostly Jones has been on my bench, which has been a bad play almost every time. This week I traded him in a package for Peyton since I was lucky enough to have Romo. I really don't like starting two guys from the same team, especially when it's KC. I don't care how solid they look, it's KC lol.
