Anyone Involved in Youth Ski Racing? (1 Viewer)

My 9yo loves skiing and last night, he told me he wants to be on a race team. I've signed him up for a local team (Wilmot Mountain) and am wondering if anyone here has any experience and can provide advice related to best practices and common pitfalls.
