Anyone not like Eddie Lacy? (1 Viewer)

Early FBG's projections hate him this week vs Oakland.

Thoughts. It's not Dodd's and it's early in the week but

RB30 in my PPR scoring

12-47 and 1-12 rec.

I was going to put him in my lineup for sure, Oaklands run D? that good? Mack just going to be a force? Starks usage scare?
Oakland's Run D seems to be okay. I've learned over the last few week's that Maurile's projections are done ahead of time. Probably didn't factor in last week's performance. I don't pay attention to the early week projections any more after Maurile had Luck in them for 2 weeks in a row after he was ruled out for awhile.

What's the point of coming out with them early Tuesday? If they aren't done correct.

Just for something to hold us over until the articles tonight?

Nice payoff, but damn that was frustrating to watch.

Luckily Dallas couldn't sustain anything all day.
I had a bye and had just acquired Lacy but I can imagine it was very frustrating for many to see Lacy well but Starks still getting high value snaps/touches throughout the game. If Lacy doesnt get the 4th quarter TD then its a different tune in this thread. And you're right that Dallas not sustaining anything on offense led to lots of plays and opportunities for both GB backs.

Going forward I'm still unsure on Lacy for this week. The matchup with Oakland is not nearly as attractive as its been in the past.

I'm suddenly faced with the choice of Lacy or Denard Robinson if Yeldon doesnt play or even Charck West if Ware doesnt play in the flex.

Gotta love these playoff decisions.

If I had him...Id have a lot of confidence.

They see what they have in getting him carries. It opens up a ton of things.

Sure, you have to worry about the TD vultures in Starks and Rodgers...but I don't see them not getting him the ball 20-25 times a game going forward (rushing and receiving)

Beats making decisions on guys like Buck Allen and Bryce Brown...which is why I tried most of the year to get Lacy away from his owner.

I am starting both Lacy and Starks since the rest of my backs stink. I'm a big underdog, so why not? I'm coming off back to back titles, I got nothing to lose except losing bragging rights to my opponent, who happens to be my brother.

I'm an idiot. Picked up this bum after he was dropped 2 weeks ago. Watch him have a good game during my bye and then start him this week over West just b/c of name recognition and liking the later start time.

11-2 season potentially down the drain thanks to putting Lacy and Amendola in my lineup.

IDIOT!!!!!!

I couldn't see the game but it seemed to by the state lines through the first 3 quarters that it was a lack of use more than anything. Not sure I blame Lacy.

he had 11 carries and only averaged 2 yards per. At some point you can't keep killing drives by feeding the guy. He didn't have it today.

I didn't get to watch the game but the stat tracker had him with something like 6 carries going into the third quarter. Doesn't seem like the kind of load he should be getting.

Lacy has always seemed like the type of back that needs 20-25 carries per game. He needs to get into a rhythm and mixing him and Starks (and Kuhn) up just hurts his production. Not just fantasy, I think it hurts the Packers offense to do that, when he is rumbling the offense just works so much better. It makes sense to bring in Starks for 3rd downs, stuff like that, but Lacy needs a feature back role to do well.

They we're running Cobb in the backfield at times today with Kuhn getting touches. Lacy not putting his head down on the goal line was just icing on the cake.

Got my ### kicked but not because of anything this phatass did. I still like him in 2016. But he did not deliver in 2015. PFhuck you Eddie Lacy.

Got into the Super Bowl despite starting this POS this week.

On my bench in the title game. No way I take any chances with him in the title game. It's ridiculous how bad he can be and how bad he was dos of this season. What a huge dissapointment.

It's official--the season where I drafted my worst 1st rd pick in 23 years of fantasy football just ended. Lost by 14--the amount of points a 1st rd pick should be scoring on a near-weekly basis. Between this POS and AJ Green--i had a grant total of 5 pts today. I think it was a miracle I even got this far. My battle cry this season was F### Eddie Lacy, and I just said it for the final time.

I am starting him this week, with confidence as they say.

Just seems like Rodgers isn't happy with the flow of these games and, believe me, they are going to need some game control this week to have any chance. Would not surprise me one bit to see 80/2TDs this week.

Survied with Lacy. Back to the bench for the championship. I aquired him via trade and outside 1 or 2 good games, I can't play him. I'm not sure why I'm not dropping him.

Dropping Allen and Bolden and just playing waiver PPR guys and hoping for the best.

Started him and won. Has anything extracirricular come out that would give an indication as to his reduced role (injury/curfew/pooping in McCarthys dresser drawer)?.....or was it a just "flow of the game" decision?

I can't do it, not in the super bowl. Not saying it can't happen but I would be very surprised if he has anywhere close to 80 and two td's.

I wouldn't be surprised if he had 20+ pts or if he had 2 points. It does seem that the Pack have been in this pattern of embracing the run and doing well on offense, and abondoning the run and performing badly. You'd think this week they would be focused on getting the ground game going, but it's too much of a risk for me in week 16.

I'm favored in my championship game and the league rewards return yardage so I'm rolling with Ameer Abdullah's relatively safe floor of 5-6 points and hoping he can score another TD. If the situation was reversed and thought I needed a big day from RB2, I'd roll with Lacy. I think this is the right approach for this week.

Dynasty league owners, do not sell low this offseason.
This. I'll add that I'm looking to buy this offseason.

True, he's kind of been on this pattern of a crappy game then a good game. He was crap last week so he probably will blow up this week. So wish I could start him but I just can't bring myself....

Was lucky? enough to sell Lacy after his two good games last month in a dynasty for Bell.

Thought it was going to come back to haunt me the ghost of fat eddie playing against me in the semi's but I won.

Lost McCoy though so my championship RB's CJ Anderson/Duke Johnson and Tim Hightower.

I think I'd roll with Lacy if they weren't playing a great defense, too much risk of gameflow dictating 5-7 carries.

I'm liking him just fine. Three years in the league, three titles for me. Always comes up big this time of year. Thanks PHAT Eddie.
