I'm starting Zac Diles in a league as well (surely his run of great production can't just precipitously fall off a cliff with Cushing back in the lineup, can it? ). With Cushing taking his job back on the strong side, Diles will be moving to the traditionally fantasy-friendly WLB. Granted, as probably a 2-down player, but he should still put up enough production to make him startable as at least a LB3?

we've found out that more is funneled to the strongside in that defense. look at diles in 08/cushing in 09 compared to whomever has lined up at WLB in that span

Diles was already playing the Weakside, Adibi was playing the strongside. Diles will take a hit because he will be replaced in nickel packages by Cushing. The WLB is not as fantasy friendly in Houston's defense.
I'm thinking of starting him, but my LBs are already pretty deep and I might try playing it safe. I start 4 and along with Cushing I have James Anderson, Ray Lewis, Keith Rivers, Jon Beason, Rocky McIntosh, Sean Weatherspoon, and Daryl Smith. But FBG has Cushing projected to score more than all those guys this week...
I drafted Cushing in a start 3 LB 2 pt/tackle IDP heavy league, and after much consternation, have benched Ray Lewis for Cushing this week. Lewis faces the pass happy Broncos. I don't trust Cushing to have a big week, but I think Lewis will not have a good stat line. I like Cushing's matchup against the Giants.
