Anyone trade for Alexander (1 Viewer)

For those of you trading for SA, do you really think he's just going to step right in and not miss a beat ? I know he's got a very favorable schedule

but his line is banged up.

I've been trying to get him, but don't want to overpay.

The owner wants to trade him, (needs help now) but IMO is asking to much.

Whats the crystal ball say ?

My crystal ball says he could help in the playoffs compared to what I traded away and (maybe more importantly) I'll be able to keep him for next year along with LJ.

I traded Plax and Barlow for Shaun and Morris.

I think he'll struggle at first but has a potential. I'm at 3-4 and sinking, figure I'll roll the dice and try to make a run as a wild card.

Week 4, traded Edge and Holt for Alexander and Randy Moss.

Hard to tell if I'm excited to have Alexander, or just happy to have moved Edge.

Sent Chicago RB Duo C Benson & T Jones for Seattel RB Duo SA & MoMo. It's a rebuilding season for this team. Started the season 0-3 and now at 2-5. They are making a playoff run at 5-2 now.

I gave up two first round (likely top 6) 2007 picks in a dynasty league. I am sure I will regret it if he doesn't help me to a SB win this season. I had a pretty good team (5-1, 2nd in total points) before SA, so I thought it was worth a shot.

I expect him to still be a top 10 RB in 2007, which should lessen the pain of losing the two picks.

The guy who traded him to me was 2-4 at the time and struggling, so I was able to convince him that he was "playing for next year". Ironically, his as to then underperforming squad (R. Moss, Ward, A. Green, along with L. Washington and McNabb) put up the league's season high score last week.

He was traded in one of my leagues this week. IDP league, we keep 22 of 32 players each year. 12 teams.- S. Alexander, M. Morris, E. Kennison, & Sean Taylor for Edgerrin James, Randy Moss, and Q. Jammer.

I traded Maroney and Bryant Johnson for him last week.

I have Rudi and Fred Taylor as #1/#2 with MJDrew & Perry as backups.

We start 2 RB's so I can wait for SA to get healthy.

I figured he would take a game or two to get back in game shape. I could then benefit down the stretch and in the playoffs.

Now I also have hasslebak and it was painful to watch him go down as well. I can only hope they both get healthy soon and help me out.

I didn't feel I gave up too much since Dillon was starting in NE and BJohnson is filling in for Fitz.

i traded alexander and a late 1st round pick for rudi johnson and what should be the top 1st round pick. 4 player keeper league with TD-heavy scoring.

I traded Carson Palmer for Alexander. I already had Philip Rivers and I managed to pick up Brady on waivers. When Shaun is healthy I will have a backfield of Alexander and LJ. Guy I traded to is in 2nd last place and needed immediate help.

This was in an 8 team, regular draft league.

I traded Big Ben, Droughns, Bush, and Jennings to get Hasselbeck, Alexander, Barber3, and MJOnes. I already have Kitna, Brees, SJax, KJones,Caddy - the RBs and QB weren't needed - so if they come back and get going soon, I am loaded without hurting my team.

Redraft, ppr league

Wow, whoever the other guy is shouldn't bother coming back next year. He obviously doesn't follow football.
