Very true.  My son watches more ranked strategy vids and that is where he saw the Caustic+Wattson combos a lot because there was more camping in ranked.  

 
I tried for a couple this morning.  Even the other account had 2k kill guys flying around at 8am.  Damn 8 year olds whupped my ### today!

Closest I ever got to 2000 damage. 1942. Got trapped in a low spot at the end of the game and couldn’t finish the last squad. I’m officially a Gibraltar main now.

 
So every 200 games or so, I like to track my K/D rate to see if anything is changing. Up to 0.65 k/d over last 200 games, which is a steady improvement for me. Far cry from the 0.2 from season 1.

 
Xbox is back by the big screen so not sure yet how much I will be playing.  Probably end up transferring it back and forth a few times a week to log on.  

Tried playing on the ps4 the other night and that was a disaster- I have gotten too used to the xbox controller.

I got grumpy the other night watching a movie on the Roku/bluray player.  Soundbar only, and I cant turn up the volume at night since living room is smack in the middle of the house.  So I transferred the xbox back to the big screen to watch a movie with the headphones.   

To get a quick fix Saturday night, I tried apex on the ps4/gaming monitor and didn't last more than 2 games because I was hitting the wrong buttons.  Too used to xbox now.

i use to have an issue with sound and watching horror movies late at night. so i ran a 15 foot aux cable across the room to surround sound headphones. was awesome. some of those movies its hard to hear the smallest noises that you would hear in a theater - like paranormal activity. you almost need to blast the volume to enjoy the movie

For sure will look at this tonight.  

Our other problem is we live right by the interstate, so as soon as it's nice and we have windows open, it's even harder to hear the TV.  So we are either rocking the subtitles on everything or I am listening through the console controllers + headset.  

 
Roku is basic and has nothing - just the HDMI out.

Bluray is a Sony and looks like it just has a digital coax out available, but don't see anything that would be able to plug in a pair of headphones using that on Amazon.

Ordered this + an 8' 3.5mm extension.  That should take care of the problem, as I could push the Roku and Bluray through that and have the option to use the new headphones for either of those.  

So that means I am moving the Xbox back over to the gaming monitor tonight.  :wall:

Probably not ideal, but I just got a pair of These.  Had a gift card for Target to use, so got them for 50%+ off with that and a sale.  

Needed a new pair for my phone, and they sounded decent the last couple nights when I was watching stuff through the xbox.

I have some wireless Bose noise cancel  headphones. Amazing Quality

they were like 350 I got through work. Wouldn’t pay that much myself

much better affordable options I’m sure

Been eyeing them up for a bit, and since they were on sale... they have a 1000 series, but cant pay nearly $400 for headphones.  

These are 3x better than what I had before.
