I posted this months ago, but here's another go:

I imagine this is a setting in the forum software. It maybe able to be customized. It could be an add-on or a package.

This add on seems to do translations into German for YouTube links:

There are posts mentioning the German YT links going back to around Aug 23, 2024. If you keep a change log, that's where I'd start.

You're welcome. Right now, the explanation words aren't available in the English version for some reason. Not sure if that's fixable but @Memphis Foundry is working on it.

The YT link behavior seems to have been inconsistent before.
