The man was drafted by a horrible team and never made a single post season appearence. He was the reason Peyton stayed in school to avoid being drafted by the Jets and he was the reason Eli never played a single down in San Diego.

The man took a lot of flack for being too hands on...but he was right. And now both his sons have a super bowl ring and a super bowl MVP award to show for it.
