trying to find a backup / bye week replacement and i just don't see much on the waiver wire. do any of these have potential?

-Wrighster, George JAC TE (probably most consistant performance wise of any available, but if lewis comes back will his numbers decrease?)

-Baker, Chris NYJ TE

-Becht, Anthony TBB TE (is it him or alex smith?)

-Graham, Daniel NEP TE

-Kelly, Reginald CIN TE (is he the #1 te? how many looks is he getting?)

-Alexander, Stephen DEN TE

-Anderson, Courtney OAK TE

-Mangum, Kris CAR TE

-Heiden, Steve CLE TE

The Broncos haven't done squat offensively, and that should change. They did go to Sheffler in the end zone this last weekend but Plummer's throw was off. Still got my eye on him.

 
(probably) Desmond Clark already taken?

Maybe a longshot, but Bo Scaife should put up some points this week.

I am guessing dynasty watch is part of the site?No one mentioned any of the guys I listed, guess that means i'm in trouble lol. Looks like I'll have to take a closer look at Owen.clark and troupe are both gone, francis isn't even listed on nfl.com, John Gilmore probably won't be consistant enough, im sure hes gonna have 3-4 1-2 td games but when he doesn't he'll be more likely to get 1 catch for 10 yards

Although I'm a fan, he hasn't started for me either, and I even dropped him for Colston in a redraft. The QB play is killing him and while Troupe remains the #1 TE, if you're paying attention, you'll see Scaife getting a lot of playing time. TN likes using two TEs, and Kinney probably won't be around long.
 
Lets face it..there is no sleeper anything anymore!

The only sleeper is a guy who stinks and you pick up and he scores 2 TDs!

Bloom,Considering that many people run waivers tonight and your article doesn't get published to the site until some time Thursday, this is just mean. Try this, post the name here but not the rationale. Then people will be DYING to see the actual writeup whether they agree with you and want more data or think you are insane and want to see the rationale. GIVE US THE NAME!!!!-angry villagers

Yes, my waivers are in 25 minutes and undoubtedly someone will read it and be higher on priority for the next waivers if this comes out tomorrow. :rolleyes:
 
I'll give you guys a hint - he played with one of the QBs on the roster in college (which is part of the reason I like him as a deep sleeper)

The longshots du jour have already been mentioned.

Here's another one - but it is a REACH.

Matt Schobel.

He had a TD this past week and dropped it.

 
Picked up Owen Daniels in 2 leagues.

He is the Houston TE target and Carr is having a much better year this year.

Going forward Daniels will be the TE to have from the Texans.

Not sure how much that is worth.

How did Kubiak use the TE in Denver?
