I usually mash the avocado with a fork if it's ripe enough. A little salt & fresh cracked pepper.Is it just sliced avocado on top of toast?
Guacamole on top of toast?

I mean, isn't a single avocado like $5 anyway?I love it when making it at home. A nice hearty piece of toast, smashed avocado, sea salt, red pepper flakes. Every now and then, throw a sunny side up egg on it. Pure heaven.
People paying $8+ for this at a restaurant or coffee shop are pure morons though.
