2 straight weeks in the gutter...Anyone seen his snap count? Is Brandon Graham getting a lot more? just wondering if anyone has any clue here...

Obviously he isn't the reason you lost. Guy is a stud. Even studs have off days. Especially DLinemen.

I guess you've never had any close games where you lose by a handful of points.Did you watch either PHI game (week 9 or 10)? Do that and then get back to me - I must have missed all those studly plays. We only start 1 player for each IDP position so yes, he lost it for me in week 9 by not making a single tackle. He's still on the wire where he belongs.

For sure Sprout. Case in point tonight against the Giants... Huge sack and forced fumble to clinch the game. Even with his off weeks, Babin is 3rd in the NFL in sacks and 5th in FBG's scoring.Jared Allen had an off week this week. As did Julius Peppers, Justin Smith, Charles Johnson, Trent Cole (by his standards), etc. And these are the elite at their position. Now if you are in a league that doesn't require you start a DL or if your league is so shallow you only start 1-2 IDP's, I can see not rostering Babin. But in any DL required league, Babin is a DL1 in virtually any scoring system. Off weeks included...

Point taken. He would have put up 14 points in our scoring system last night. But, as you said, since we only start 1 IDP for each position (LB, DL, DB) there are more consistent options out there.

he's the no. 5 scoring DL in my league ... not sure why you would want to drop him. did he have two bad weeks? sure. did he not get his sack until the waning minutes sunday? yes. i'm keeping him and starting him every week.
