With the high winds in KC, do you expect more checkdowns and short passes to the TE position? Trying to gauge how the 20 mph winds there will affect the passing game.
Gee, perhaps because this is specific to one game in particular? Why did you feel the need to come in here and post something completely useless?Back to the OP - I'm of the mindset that bad weather is usually a net negative for all elements of the passing game. Gonzo and Gates are two guys you start regardless of weather, regardless of matchups - so I really don't see this influencing your lineup decisions, unless you are deciding between, say, Witten and Gates.I don't know why you started this thread. There already is a large weather thread.
Actually makes me a bit more worried about Gates but I think I'd rather loose with Gates in my lineup that trying to be a cleaver shark and putting him on my bench for a guy like Shinacoe.Gee, perhaps because this is specific to one game in particular? In my toughest call of the week I'm going with Carlson over Gates in a playoff game. That's part about Carlson over Gates in general but the weather certainly helps with that call.Actually makes me a bit more worried about Gates but I think I'd rather loose with Gates in my lineup that trying to be a cleaver shark and putting him on my bench for a guy like Shinacoe.Gee, perhaps because this is specific to one game in particular? Mostly SunnyOkay, we know KC weather sucks. What about Miami?
I didn't see anything about the high winds in that link.Bowe is still starting for me.

Gusts have been in the neighborhood of 40 mph to 45 mph at KCI Airport.
verySo much for my first half over. Glad I got in early for 23 points when it's down to 20.5 at kickoff! Still gotta play Gonzo. Can't afford to bench him and he's capable of making big plays in any weather.
