Any word on the extent/seriousness of Heap's injury. Is he coming back in the second half? What kind of injury is it?
He did get up and he was on the sidelines for the final first half play but they haven't given any word.FYI: Boller's out w/knee sprain, Chris Redman in. :(

Massive concussion.j/kHe should be back.Boller is OUT!!!!Redman is the Ravens starting QB. Here we go.

fyi, in your 2004 drafts, it's never too early to draft kyle boller.just a little tip from the boys in survivor ii.

I want Jamal to break 200 in the game. I NEED 200 and two TD's. It can happen right  After those two TD's by Faulk, he has not done much more. His blocking is terrible.
I am right there with ya!! Let us pray....

BB is a genius... go 3 and out and punt on 4th and 20 then use our great special teasm to cause a fumble and pick up 50 yards

Rams getting a lesson in smashmouth ballT/O Ravens ball on punt muffIs there a record for lack of points when drives start in opponents territory?Ravens could break the record if there is one.

I figured that was the play they would call.WTF!!!!!!!!!!!THE RAMS GOT ROBBED!!!!!!Saw the instant replay.

Redman is horrible. That throw to Heap looked like he was throwing a tissue paper. It's easy to see why a rookie was an easy choice for Billick.Horrible call too....easily pass interference.

This is an F-ed up game.I don't know what I am seeing half the time.Who is winning?Who is losing??Who is dominating?

Am I just stating the obvious when I say that Heap has been the most screwed player in the NFL this year? Not just the replay bs but penalties too? Has this been discussed? Not that I'm biased or anything. :bag:
I'd say YES

Billick is going to kill a reporter after this game  He went off on the freak Heap call in the Denver game.He is going to rip someone a new one after this game.

Getting rid of instant replay is a bad call. If anything they should expand its powers.
The system is obviously flawed. I'd rather not see it at all if it's not going to be used correctly. It should be obvious that it's not being used to get critical plays correct.

i think that will be all for groce tonight. have a seat bud.
Groce has been bad, but there is no excuse for how awful the Rams special teams have been this season. How Bobby April still has a job is beyond me?

How many carries is it that if Lewis has "x" number the ravens win nearly all (if not 100%) of the time??? He has 20 right now :o

Definitely flawed. But the thing is that getting rid of it will cause more problems than anything. I could only imagine how many threads we'd have here on FBG wondering what should have happened if replay had been kept.

Nobody has said this, but this is so obvious.....Rams don't know how the beat the 3-4.They have no freaking clue. And that is why the offense can't get anything going. The Rams have no idea how to beat the 3-4.

pittsburgh and atlanta play the 3-4 and the rams did alright against them.

Have you seen the Steelers DB's?Do the Steelers have Ray Lewis, Boulware, McAlister, Hartwell, and Reed?Apples and oranges.

Fortunately, there's an instant replay system in place to get these calls right.
Here's the thing, there is definitely a problem with instant replay. But there are SEVERAL calls that get reversed correctly. The thing that's being argued here is whether they should be allowed to reverse PI calls or non calls. That is something that could be remedied not by getting rid of it, but by rewriting the laws that govern the system. IMO. :)
