Now, the running play ended with 1:20 on the clock. At that point, Detroit should have used one of their time outs. Instead they allowed it to go all the way down to 38 seconds. Terrible time management.

agree. A first down would put Baltimore in easy FG range anyway. A stop and you don't need the TO - it won't matter. But the extra 20 or 30 seconds would certainly matter if he makes the kick.
