**Bears at Lions** (-6, 52.5) (1 Viewer)

Bears first half rushing

14-173-12.4

even if you take out Fields 60 yarder they’re still gashing Detroit for 8.7 / att

thankful Chicago has dropped back 12 times lol

****************

Aidan Hutchinson is the first rookie DL to record 3 INTs
Imagine pairing Hutch with another playmaker like Myles Murphy.

him or the TT guy (Tyree Wilson?)

hopefully get a couple good defenders - will have 5 picks in the first 80 or so

Swift doing Swift things

Fields can run the heck out of the ball but 33 yds passing with under 6 minutes left in the 3rd? That's embarrassing.

Think it might be a little too late for Detroit but I love watching them succeed

They win next week and they are IN? That means the Playoffs started today, and continue next week for them?

Go Lions Go!

Can't even hide my closet fandom for them right now
Love Dan Campbell and want him to rip off a couple just to show Miami what they potentially had when they let him go
Won his 1st 2 games HANDILY I might add after running the Oklahoma as his 1st drill as Head Coach when he took over for Miami
Following the Dumbo from Green Bay who was here.

Houston with his 7th 7.5 sacks in 7 6 games

:lmao:

copycat league, everybody asking their scouts if there are any sub-6 foot edge rishers who can bend low in the 2023 draft

edit - radio interns suck at stats

6th round pick James Houston IV now tied with #2 overall pick Aidan Hutchinson for the team lead in sacks

Still need one loss by Seattle and Washington. Washington is losing so maybe halfway there. GB v. DET could be a play-in game.

need ‘em both right?

Seahawks have the tiebreaker and though they’re playing bad I don’t want to have to hope the Rams win a week 18 toad game

If this does happen it would be nice to see the Lions vs Packers game flexed to SNF. Lions don't get too many prime time games.

I believe the Lions have the tie break against Green Bay, Green Bay has the tie-break against Seattle, and Seattle has the tie-break vs. Detroit.

Goff now over 4200 w/ 29 TDs 7 INTs

welp had Wright wide open NOBODY around him bounced it

but 290 passes without an INT so whatever

right

next level is conference record & think we own that one against both?

Constant theme of mine. People underrate O- line strength, coaching, and other factors outside of the QB himself, when evaluating said QB. Good line just makes so so much difference

The only way a three way tie could happen is if the Packers lose this week then beat us next week with Seattle going 1-1. It would come down to head to head between the three teams. That puts Seattle at 1-1, then Detroit 1-2, and Green Bay at 2-1. GB would go.

Jared has a kinda meh completion rate but he’s learned to just throw a worm burner if it’s not there

on the one hand you’d like to see him be more aggressive but OTOH he takes care of the ball

as it is his deep ball passing is the best it’s been since 2018 - Chark has been a big difference maker down the stretch

Craig Reynolds in Skipper gives up a sack

from the Milwaukee Journal-Sentinel:

In a three-way tie between 8-9 teams Seattle, Detroit and Green Bay, ties would be settled within the division first, so Green Bay would lose a tiebreaker with Detroit.

507 yards 41 points

7 sacks 2 turnovers (both by Hutch)

gave up 200 yards rushing don’t care

Houston showing 3.0 now so that’s 8 sacks in 6 games which is bonkers (leads all NFL rookies WTAF is going on lol)

Ok...I was looking at the tie-break between three teams in same division. They have different rules if they are in different divisions.

Chark is our #1 resigning priority for unrestricted FAs.
It would not hurt, but #1 priority?? Jamo will be 100% and other guys can fill the WR3.

I like Reynolds and Raymond....but Chark is a significant upgrade. Having two quality burners adds a dimension to the offense. Well worth a 2 or 3-year $8-12 million per deal..

Besides, Detroit does not have many quality unrestricted FAs...Jamaal Williams.

So is it now simple as win and in next week vs the Packers or is there more to it still?

Naw it’s probably gonna be win and stay home

Unless we think the Rams can win in Seattle

I think GB has the tiebreaker over the Seahawks so could be a win and in for the Packers?

We still need Seattle to lose 1 game or it does not matter if we win next week?
