Bears - Packers (1 Viewer)

Big game tonight in Chicago. I am sure a lot of FFL finals are on the line.

What is the weather looking like? I see it could be in single digits and windy.

Definitely a plus for Forte and Grant, but how will the passing game hold up.

Chime in...

Last year, the Packers had everything to play for and the Bears nothing, yet one would have sworn the opposite was true after watching the game. This year, the motivation is reversed, so it will be interesting to see how that is reflected (if at all) on the field.

Nothing to play for? They're the #$@# Bears. Enough said. It won't be windy. That's what's important.

Do we want to keep them out of the playoffs or knowing the Vikings will screw this up do we want to lose?

Hmmmm. Interesting dilemna. Screw the Vikings or screw the Bears. :lmao:

How does cold weather effect kickers? My FF championship is in the bag if Crosby scores 4 or less... (I'm hoping for a few extra points and NO FG attempts)

No wind is good. I hope Rodgers comes out strong looking for Jennings. The Bears will not be run on tonight, that is for sure.

Ball will be a little tougher to kick, but with no wind, you are fine.

FWIW last night's was the strongest wind I have ever felt on planet Earth. Don't think it's going to suddenly be calm.
From Weather Channel...
Tonight: Snow flurries and snow showers. Low around 10F. Winds S at 10 to 20 mph. Chance of snow 80%.
Those gusts will keep the temp well below zero with the wind chill. If it's really gusty then kicking, special teams play and even long passes will be affected. This will be an ugly, ugly game.
