I think he's better than Nick Collins was at this point a year ago. If Chris Harris, a 6th round pick, can start early on...why not a 2nd round pick?

In an interview on the Chicago sports radio with Manning, he missed qualifying at Nebraska as a true freshman then never made it back.
He scored an 819 and needed an 820.
