Best Host for an Office League? (1 Viewer)

I'm going to set up a league for a bunch of guys in my office, and many of them have never played fantasy football before. What league host is recommended for a casual group of non-FFLers? I'd rather not spend a bunch of money if I don't have to, but I'm willing to do whatever I can to give everyone a good experience. The league host will need to support 12 teams, autodraft (unfortunately!), and trades permitted between teams during the season. Customizable scoring would also be a plus.

I've checked out CBS, but their free leagues don't seem to permit trading and aren't customizable. I've played MFL for years, but it's a bit pricey for such a casual league. Ideas?

Use Yahoo. It's easy to use and you get free live stat tracker this year.
 YAHOO 100% No-Brain-er here! Not only are they providing FREE Live Scoring with Stat Tracker BUT they now provide Waiver Lock options which has been my biggest complaints as I hate Free agent "free for all!"Over the years I've NEVER had any down time on Yahoo or any scoring issues. It's easy, easy, very easy to use with league history too.Try it, you'll love it, especially for the price!

ESPN's fantasy service is really nice. You can post notes, articles, images, and YouTube videos on the homepage. It also has live scoring, waiver lock, and it is nicely laid out. You can also have custom polls for league members to vote on. It has a message board, game chats, and a scoreboard chat, customizable scoring. I like it much better than yahoo, oh, and it is all free.
