Pretty simple really. Which is the better/funnier movie?
The question was specifically asking about CHRISTMAS movies. Please stay on topic. Both great movies, but the answer remains Die Hard.
I just scrolled back up to find that you beat me to it!You serious Clark?
Die Hard takes place during Christmas. Opening scene with Argyle picking up John McClane, he throws in a cassette of Run DMC’s Christmas in Hollis. One of my favorite Christmas songs actually. The question was specifically asking about CHRISTMAS movies. Please stay on topic. Both great movies, but the answer remains Die Hard.

I need to watch this. My wife and I just got into a discussion last night while cooking dinner (and had Home Alone on in the background) that there are no good recent Christmas movies. We always watch Home Alone, Christmas Vacation, Christmas Story, Miracle on 34th St., Jingle All the Way etc. but when's the last true Christmas movie that came out and was good enough to add to the yearly rewatch list? Elf is the most recent we could think of.I’d say that the Office Christmas Party movie with Bateman is funnier than both of them.
There is quite the mountain to climb to get into the yearly rotation. There are already a lot that are so good it's tough to break into that top rotation.when's the last true Christmas movie that came out and was good enough to add to the yearly rewatch list?
Thats a great scene with Eddie piling up the large bags of dog food and crushing the light bulbs.one of the lines that is easy to miss in the Wal Mart scene-
"youir company the one that killed all them people in India not too long ago?"
"No- we missed out on that one"
Ahhh, Todd and Margo… the “ I don’t know Maaargo” line is used by my entire family fairly often when I think about it….the key is to try and sound just like Todd"Can't see the line can you, Russ?"
"We'll have the hap-hap-happiest Christmas since Bing Crosby tap danced with Danny ****ing Kaye!"
"Why is the carpet all wet, Todd?"
"I don't know, Margo!!"
I could go on for an hour.
Easiest pole answer ever.
