Big Ten's top ten prospects (1 Viewer)

Robiskie may not have the most upside of the '09 class, but he is an all-around talent similar to former-OSU wideout Anthony Gonzalez. He'll probably be one of the top 3 Seniors WRs chosen, drafted in the early 2nd Round if I had to guess. I think the depth at wideout last year was the main thing that caused the delay in the run on WRs. No telling how deep the class will be this year, but if a few underclassmen declare (namely Crabtree, Heyward-Bey, Harvin, Maclin), one would expect Robiskie to be around the 5th WR chosen overall. Harvin and Maclin (small, speedy types) are not prototypical fantasy WR studs, so one could argue Robiskie ahead of them in dynasty rookie drafts.

Beckum has been on my radar for awhile now and could develop into a big-play TE ala Kellen Winslow.

The best player on that list and possible best player in the draft next year is Jenkins. He would have been the #1 CB in this years draft class of very deep and talented CBs. The guy has it all and plays one of the hardest positions to fill in the highest demand in the NFL. :homer:

Laurinaitis has solidified himself as a top three pick.
Linebacker's aren't usually top three picks, linebackers that struggle in coverage are usually not 1st round picks. As of right now I don't believe Laurinitis is a 1st round talent.Jenkins and Robiskie are for real - especially Jenkins, the jury's still out on Boone and Freeman, I'm a bigger believer in Boone though and think he could be top 10 by April.

Beckum needs to bulk up and work on his blocking before I annoint him a 1st round grade.

Painter is VERY inconcsistent, but he definitely has potential, especially in a WCO. We'll see if his decision making improves this year.

Taylor's size limits his draft ceiling, but the guy is a beast on the field. I see a lot in him that I saw in trevor Laws this year. Some franchise will fall in love with him.

Don't know much about Middleton or Evans, guys to monitor this year.

let's keep in mind we're still talking about the Big10 here.BUST
2007 NFL first round...Big 10 - Joe Thomas...was he a bust?Levi Brown...started 11 games for Arizona.Ginn...I think most will agree this was too high for him in the first place....22.7 average on KO returns...9.6 on punt returns with one TD...had 34 receptions.Leon Hall...played in every game...totaled 5 INTs, 1 forced fumble...55 tacklesAnthony Spencer 3 sacks, 28 tackles, 1 forced fumble in a non-starting role.Anthony Gonzalez...37 receptions, 576 yards and 3 TDs playing much of the season for Indy...but behind Harrison and Wayne on the depth chart and behind Clark as far as the progression is concerned...hell...a bit behind Addai at times too. Yet still had solid stats for a rook.Nice try...but your schtick is pretty much based in BS.
