Bragging, venting, crowing, grieving... (1 Viewer)

The day started with CJ Spiller getting -2 in the first quarter. Then Calvin Johnson, my stud, did nothing. Zach Sudfeld, my prospect, hardly saw the field. The topper? David freakin' Wilson.

I am just a brilliant owner.

I'd be one heck of a manager if I'd just stay out of my own way. Had a last-minute change of heart Sunday, and pulled Jermichael Finley.

For Sudfeld.

In my 10-team league, where I had the 9th pick in the draft ... I took Trent Richardson with the 9th pick, and followed him up with CJ Spiller in the 2nd round ... and Lamar Miller for my flex in the 5th round.

I started all 3 yesterday ... 11.2 combined points for the 3 of them. Thanks. <expletives deleted><expletives deleted><expletives deleted><expletives deleted><expletives deleted><expletives deleted><expletives deleted><expletives deleted>

 
McCoy's great game makes Wilson's -2 sting even more. If he got me 50 $&@& yards I would win. I have a feeling I will have a scoring machine that faces the high scorer every week.

I went 3 - 1 in my Money Leagues, incidentally the 1 loss was is a Dynasty Team that is in rebuild mode. Excited to start off with a win with in all the teams I drafted.

 
Eeked out a .2 point win on Andre Johnson's last catch before the game-winning FG. My opponent (HOU D) had taken the lead on Cushing's pick 6.

 
I was disappointed during the game that I will more than likely be wrong about Sudfeld and I might be wrong about Thompkins - but I was right about Vereen, and it would have been great - the teams I owned him pushed me over limit. Then I read the post game that he was having surgery...

Good news is I scored a lot this week in my various leagues. Bad news, I played guys who scored more. Uggg. Hate head-to-head sometimes.

 
Needed 13 points to win from Wilson, Fred Davis, and Bullock. And thanks to Wilson's -2.1, I only got 12 points. :hangover:

 
Won by one point on the last play of week 1: Bullock's game winner.

Thought the FF Gods were against me when Houston took an earlier FG off the board. If I ended up losing by 2, that would have stung.

I was in a close game in one league, I had Randy Bullock as my kicker, he had Owen Daniels as his TE, on MNF.

Late in the game, Bullock kicks a field goal. Refs throw a flag on the play, though, and give Houston a first down. TD pass to Owen Daniels. That's a nine-point swing toward my opponent. He ended up winning by 5.

NFL just announced that the call was a mistake.

I can't get 0-2 I just can't. The guy I was playing was starting Ballard over Wilson at RB2. I was excited because it seemed like Ballard has a low ceiling. Now I am just sure that that Wilson will blow up.

My 3-headed RBs of suck &/or hurt: Ray Rice/Ridley/Lacey

Kinda hard to beat the Peyton Maning owner when my RBs combine for 9.5 pts (.5 PPR) & Romo is mehhh, even when Dez & Garcon put up nice games. 0-2

 
Just lost by 3 points.

Kaep had 4 turnovers. (-8 points)

Bullock missed 3 FG (-6 points)

Vincent Jackson had a 73 yard TD reception called back in an illegal formation penalty. (15 point swing due to long TD bonus)

That's 29 points lost. The Jackson TD stings the most.

Had the second highest score week two and lost
