Anyone have any information on Brandon Graham? Is he playing all 3 downs? I read he is starting opposite Trent Cole and tearing up preseason practice...anyone close the Eagles have any insight on this? Does he look like he might have sleeper potential?

I'm interested to hear/see. 4 solos in PS3 is encouraging, and all of the writings are encouraging. I made a power move to get him as my DL3 last weekend.

Yep, Graham is a starter. And yes, he's the best DE rookie prospect. However, rookie DE's generally take time to develop:

You should only target him for Dynasty/Keeper Leagues.

I read all the local Eagles coverage here and they are raving about him. Undersized, high-motor guy in the mold of Trent Cole (and now the media has built him up to be the second coming of Freeney). Those are lofty expectations for a rookie DE. As said above, I wouldn't rank him highly in redraft, but for dynasty I would make it a point to grab him.

The Eagles have no one to take reps from him. Parker is a journeyman, Tapp has been a huge disappointment, and Abiamiri is never healthy. Graham will be on the field a lot.

...on Monday coach Andy Reid revealed that defensive end Brandon Graham tore the anterior cruciate ligament in his right knee and is done for the year.

Graham injured his knee in the fourth quarter Sunday, and the rookie will most likely be placed on injured reserve, Reid said. He is also expected to have reconstructive surgery soon.

Older thread but I was wondering what the info is on Graham? I know a lot has changed since last year but graham is available in a few of my leagues where I have little going on at DE.

Worthwhile pick up?

Slim hope that he recovers from the injury, he's on PUP for now. see what happens in a couple weeks. They have depth so he could end up done for the season

I have no pain. I'm running regular. I just need to get out there on the field." Graham isn't eligible to begin practicing until the week leading up to Week 7. I'll go the other way. Holding him on my dynasty roster. Washburn has worked his magic on other DL's and Graham showed something last preseason. I wouldn't expect a ton from him, but I'm hoping he gets some run over the last 4-6 games and maybe earns a bigger role next year.
