I am a die hard KC fan but will not be touching any of the KC players this year.....do yourself a favor and let other owners chase their stats from last year.....schedule is brutal, especially heading into playoffs.....what you saw in KC last year was inflated by the cake schedule...Cassel is not as good as his stats played out last year.....teams will try to take Charles out of the game and against good teams, Cassel is not good enouh to make them pay....
Marshall is a physical beast with tons of YAC ability and a ball hog....medium QB play, but still a monster....
Lloyd may in fact be the real deal again although that team will run more....Orton still around and likes him though....

Lloyd - McDaniels is gone but it is still the same offensive coordinator calling plays from the same playbook with the same QB who was there for his breakout season last year. I comfortably expect 1,200 yards and 9 TDs from B-Lloyd.
Bowe - I think Bowe's TDs dropoff a lot from last year but he still ends with 1,000+ and 8-9 TDs.
Marshall - I also think he reaches 1,000 yards but I think he maxes out at 6-7 TDs as the entire Miami offense should be anemic.

Whenever a player gets too big a portion of their fantasy production from TDs, I usually downgrade them next season.
Whenever a player comes out of nowhere later in their career to be top three at their position, I am leery of a repeat.
Whenever a player is in his prime and coming off several consecutive 100 catch seasons and produced at that same level again, but barely scored any TDs, then I like that player to bounce back.
Bowe and Lloyd are coming off of career years. Bowe won't likely repeat his TD numbers, Lloyd won't likely be a stud in a John Fox offense. They should both be useful fantasy starters, but they look like poster children for regression to the mean.
Marshall scored three TDs last year. It seems like he is due for a progression to the mean. (is that a real term?)

I rank them Lloyd/Marshall/Bowe but they're pretty close to one another. Lloyd and Bowe have the most upside due to their TD potential, but Marshall should be solid especially in PPR leagues.
Marshall tops this group for me. Too much talent and the catches were there last year--just not the TDs. Look for him to be more prolific in the red zone this year. Despite an overall lacklustre offense in Miami, I still like him to post 8+ TDs.Next is Lloyd. I believe in him, but the loss of McDaniels and Lloyd's limited track record put him behind Marshall for me.Bowe's 2010 sure looks like a career year to me. I don't expect a repeat, especially with Weis gone and KC looking like it might be in for a big step back as a group.

I have a draft tonight (keep 3 league) and through mocking in the Draft Dominator think I'll be looking at these 3 at the 1/2 turn. I'm not really happy with the prospect of having two of these 3 as my top 2 WRs but I currently have them ranked Marshall, Lloyd, Bowe.
I'll give my reasoning:
Marshall - I had him last year and he burned me but like someone else mentioned I believe in this thread he will hopefully regress back towards his mean. He has the physical tools of a top receiver in the league and I had read that the lid will be off of the offense this year (I don't have a link, just recalling something I read in the past week). I don't love Henne at QB but Marshall will be the focal point of the offense (lots of targets) still and the addition of Bush will help to draw some coverage (fingers crossed). He also had some personal issues with Henne last year and they are apparently working together more closely to bridge that gap (again, no link but just recalling what I'd read)
Lloyd - He's 2nd due to a greater lack of confidence in Bowe than anything else. I think he has good potential but I don't think he will come close to replicating last year. Similar to Marshall I think he will regress back towards his mean: lower. He was a top WR last year though so even some regression could still equal big numbers.
Bowe - I had Bowe last year and he paid off big time but I just don't have confidence in him this year. He's someone else who played well above historical averages. In addition the 15 TDs really skew his numbers. He did have some big yardage games but I also remember sweating few several 2 rec / 27 yard games before he catches a 3 yard TD in the 4th quarter. It's nice that they look his way in the end zone but I need more yardage consistency from him - at least at this spot. I think I would actually rank someone like Dez Bryant over him due to his potential for yards and touchdowns.
To summarize I would be happy to have any of these guys as my #2, but not as a #1. Depending on how my draft goes a WR1 may fall but I think it's unlikely.

I was way down on Lloyd heading into the preseason games b/c of the loss of McD & installation of Fox's run heavy offense, as well as the general belief that the "out-of-nowhere" type guys are ranked artificially high the following season. But I've changed my tune a bit with his performance in preseason. He's looking like a hungry young guy with something to prove - laying out for anything & catching everything. Basically, he looks like a true #1 for his team. That worked out ok for Steve Smith in the Fox offense and could for Lloyd, too. Not that he's a comparable talent, but I don't see him just flat out disappearing. Take away 20% of his production and he's still a damn good WR2 and pushing towards the top 10 again. Add to that the Broncos complete lack of run stuffing DTs and they likely need to keep scoring b/c they can't stop anyone else from doing so.

Remember that game two (?) years ago when Orton targeted Marshall a bazillion (actual number) times against Indy? I see him and Lloyd having a similar relationship. John Fox may want to run, but when Denver (inevitably) gets behind Orton will be looking to Lloyd. Since he's a better QB than Henne/Cassel I think that gives Lloyd the edge over Marshall and Bowe.
