I've been enjoying this run by Edwards so far this year, but what do you all thing will happen to his production when/if Quinn takes over at QB?

early on I thought Quinn would definitely see the field by game 10 or so but now I'm not so sure. They may end up being the 2nd best team in the division and Anderson has played fairly well.

I read that Anderson was dangerously close to being pulled against NE. I don't know what kind of mind meld the writer of the article had with Crennel to come to that knowledge. Anyone see the game? I could see Quinn dinking and dumping a lot, a la Charlie Frye.

Anderson did have a couple bad picks, but they closed the gap late. Im sure Quinn gets in sometime hopefully much later in the season

you know what though, who knows with Crennel. This is the guy who picked Frye to be the starter, then yanked him after less than a half and traded him before game 2. QB management is not his strong suit.
I'd say Anderson has been playing fairly well thus far... I mean granted, it was the Pats for goodness sakes. He did have 287 yds. and 2 tds. Sure he had 3 INT's but look what Palmer did vs. the Pats. 234yds 1td and 2 INT's.. I'm not saying Anderson is on Palmer's level but I think that with Anderson in, Braylon should do very well the rest of the way as opposed to Quinn.
Braylon is top 10 in my league for WR's and hopefully should continue to do so since I own him.

What has been really impressive is the effort he has been putting out. He made a crazy one-handed reception going out of bounds agaisnt New England. I still don't know how he hauled it in before going out of bounds. One of the best catches you'll see this year. He also made some nice catches against Cincinnati.

He was almost pulled due to injury at the end of the first half after taking a hit and being really slow to get up. As I recall, I think the trainers were even on the field with him for a bit. But with the team positioned near midfield and having a chance to drive down for a score, he basically refused to leave the game. Perhaps that's what was being referenced.

That was an absolutely ridiculous catch.
Edwards has kept me alive in a few leagues. He has been more than adequate to step in place of where Lee Evans should have been in one league and where an injured Javon Walker was in another. Considering where he was drafted, he is as good of a value as just about anyone.

In ppr leagues he's about WR4, in non-ppr leagues he's about WR5. If he's your WR3, you have solid WRs.

You do mean he's the 4th ranked WR right now, right? He is in my PPR league. That puts him solidly in WR1 territory (first tier).

I assume you mean in the whole league he's WR4 or WR5, right? The roster consists of Steve Smith, Roy Williams, Edwards, and Bowe. Admittedly, Smith and Williams are not clear cut #1 & #2 over Edwards at this point. In fact, Edwards has marginally out-produced both now, thanks to DET's lousy week and the Carr-olina factor.

I have a pretty deep WR core (fitz, edwards, holmes, Calvin) and can only start 2. I've been flip-flopping Holmes & Edwards. Recent injuries have thinned it out a bit, but I think that I am going to just ride the BE Express from here on out...

i think he was a big part of it against the Pats.unless they are in the playoff race, i think we'll see Quinn sooner or later.not sure what that will do to Braylon's numbers though.

They're 2-3 and they have what should be a push over in Miami this week. If they head into the bye at 3-3, there's no way in hell Brady Quinn is getting starts, especially with St.Louis and Seattle AFTER the bye, which now look like winnable games. As long as the Browns hang around, Anderson's the guy. If they fall out, then Quinn gets in. And looking at the Browns' schedule, the earliest I think we'd see Quinn would be Week 12 vs. Houston.And that prediction is assuming they split the next two (Miami and St. Louis) and drop the three after that (Seattle, Pittsburgh, Baltimore)The Browns are actually a very confusing team right now, given their schedule. Four of their next five games are winnable, but at the same time, it perfectly conceivable they could lose four of five.I would look for a Quinn sighting after their Bye week.
