Breaking Bad on AMC (7 Viewers)

At what point does Walt give the coordinates to Hank and Goney's bodies?
The nazis dragged them away and put them in the SUV.
Negative. Re-watching now. You see them dump Gomey into the hole, then they are dragging Hanks body towards the hole, away from the SUV.
Oh. Even so, your logic doesn't make much sense.
What logic? I'm just under the impression that Walt, at some point, will feel guilty enough about Hank to give them the location of the bodies. It's not a major plot point, just an observation.

At what point does Walt give the coordinates to Hank and Goney's bodies?
Why would he do that?
He seemed to care about him before he was shot. Just assuming that he will give it up at some point.

Giving up the coordinates to the dead bodies of federal agents would be an admission of guilt. You really think Walt is gonna admit to murder? Maybe if he is on the verge of death from the cancer, but that aside, hell no.

They got Capone on tax evasion. He didn't think it was a minor thing.
I'm not sure that Heisenberg has evaded paying taxes.

When did he start earning drug money? The initial money was probably reported as gambling winnings. (Maybe he should file an amended return to clarify the source of those earnings, but I doubt there's a big penalty for misreporting the source as long as the taxes were paid.) As for the money he made after the gambling story, I'm not exactly sure of the timeline, but taxes aren't due on it until mid-April of the calendar year after it was earned. Are we there yet? (I guess he should have been making quarterly estimated payments, but the penalty for failing to do that is non-criminal.)

Also, I believe that burying cash in the desert is a deductible business loss.

He already took the heat for the entire meth operation. That's probably enough time to put him away for good.

Yeah, I think it makes sense that Walt would point the authorities to Hank's body somehow.

He'd want Marie to be able to give him a proper burial and he doesn't have much else to lose (and he could certainly do it without letting the authorities know it was him that tipped them).

As Cappy mentioned, him telling Skyler that they won't be seeing Hank again was all the closure Marie's gonna get.

No idea what'll happen. Just saying I'd buy it if it went that way.

Place your bets, which minor character is most likely to resurface in the next two episodes:

2/1 None of the below

15/1 Huell

15/1 Kuby

25/1 Badger

25/1 Skinny Pete

50/1 Jesse's brother

50/1 Jesse's Parents

75/1 Ted Beneke

75/1 Gretchen Schwartz

75/1 Elliott Schwartz

100/1 Old Joe (Magnets)

200/1 Bogdan Wolynetz

200/1 Clovis (Badger's cousin where they stored the RV)

200/1 Principal Carmen Molina

I took Huell out since I'm thinking he's the odds on favorite since he is a recent loose end.

Currently rewatching.

In S1E4:

Hank: You know Walt.............. whatever happens.............. you know I'll always take care of your family.

Ouch.

I try to avoid tax law at all costs, so what would happen if a legitimate corporation earned 80 million in a calendar year and then was robbed of 69 million. Is that merely a deduction of some sort or do they only pay the taxes on the 11 million remaining?

Bodgan: book it. he was mentioned in episode 14 and you can't keep those eyebrows down.

You know, rewatching Ozymandias again, the scene with Skylar and Marie at the car wash would have been a great flash forward. Had they played that at the start of the season, I can only imagine how wrong all our predictions would have been. :P

I'd lay thousands on Badger. When I saw the flashforward with HEISENBERG in yellow spray paint, I thought Badger.

ding. ding ding ding ding. ding.

Why would Badger do that?
I don't know but it looked like the work of someone who knew who Walt was and SP/Jesse are a bit more creative/vulgar. I could see him high on meth trying to get the hamster running in that wheel and coming up with third grade printing on the living room wall.

I still think it was the Nazi's who busted up the house and spray painted Heisenberg on the wall.
Based on next week's promo I'd agree.
It's hard to imagine the Nazis going from murdering two federal agents and torturing and kidnapping Jesse to help run an international meth empire to vandalizing the White household with a can of red spray paint. That's a pretty significant regression in criminal villainy.

That has to be the move of some punk teenagers, not the Nazis.

Maybe it was Carol. She dropped the groceries because she thought Walt might know whodunnit be pissed

;)

i agree, i don't think it means anything significant.

i just took it to mean he was outed and became a local legend amongst the kids.

I'll bet $5 it is someone we know, a previously shown character*, if someone gives me good enough odds I'd say it is either Jack or Kenny.

Here's a speculation on how the series ends.

Jesse kills todd with his rope, uses the key and escapes. He runs off and his ex are killed before he can reach them.

With todd dead, uncle has no reason not to seek out walt, so he goes after his family. Whether Skyler and co still live in the house or Skyler sent to prison and "handled" there is up for grabs. I'm betting that Skyler dies in prison and that's what tips Walt off. Jr and Haley are with the nazi's now.

This sets what we already seen in motion. Walt gets the car and gun, grabs the Ricin. Finds out through Saul that Jesse is somewhere around town, found at the drug shack assumably. Walt confronts Jesse and in a gambit he barters his own life by ingesting the Ricin to persuade Jesse to help him.

Jesse probably doesn't know how to get to the nazi base but Lydia sure as hell does, and Jesse probably knows about her whereabouts. They find Lydia, get the info they need then kill her.

The two of them go in (but drove separately) guns blazing, Jesse dies from gunfire and walt gets shot but survives the shot(s) to finish off the nazi's.

he frees Jr. Sets him up in his car and uses the excuse that the money is taking up the passenger seat and they're drive out separate, and he's going to grieve Jesse and meet him at wherever. You see Jr. Drive off, walt falls to his knees with a pistol, screen fades to black and you hear a gunshot. End of series.

Edited for paragraphing.
