Breaking Bad on AMC (1 Viewer)

Best scene of the first 3 seasons coming up.
Fulminated mercury.
Too bad Mythbusters showed that it really doesn't work like that.
Next thing you'll tell me is that it was implausible for Walt's M60 to systematically wipe out dozens of Neo-Nazis.
Big difference between "plausible" and "scientifically inaccurate".
SORRY THAT WALT DIDN'T DRONE ON IN A MONOTONE UNTIL EVERYONE PASSED OUT FROM BOREDOM!

Enough about your honeymoon.

Sounds like the Mythbusters need to improve their recipe for mercury fulminate.

8 years of undergraduate work weren't entirely wasted.

Ever scroll through the program guide, and you see that stupid "Breaking Bald" informercial, and you think it's "Breaking Bad" for a second?

:hot:
I feel like I've seen a couple of infomercials trying this. I remember some sort of program using the "Face/Off" title to trick viewers a while back (can't remember if it was an infomercial though).

I'm pretty convinced that Bryan Cranston could play the lead in a Michael Jackson biopic and have it be completely believable.

FYI he would also play Latoya and no one would even know until they saw the credits.

Seems like all the experts have McConaughey as a lock, factoring in that Cranston already has three Emmys for this role and it's the only chance for McConaughey to get one for True Detective. Don't know how people could watch Ozymandias and not vote for Cranston.

A Florida teen whose brutal beating at a party sparked national outrage is getting some star-studded attention.

Aaron Paul, who played Jesse on “ Breaking Bad,” has invited the 16-year-old to Los Angeles to “get away from it all and take a break,” the Palm Beach Postreported. He also used his Twitter feed to let the teen know the trip, including a stop at “Disneyland or something” would be on him.

Aaron Hill of Okeechobee was severely beaten during a party in early August. The beating of the autistic teen was filmed and the video was posted on Facebook. A police officer later found Hill lying in a roadway following the beating. Hill had to be taken to the hospital for a sprained neck, contusions and a concussion.

Andrew Wheeler, 18, was charged with aggravated child abuse with a bond set at $20,000. Evadean Dailey Lydecker, another adult in the home at the time of the beating, was also charged in the case because police say she knew the teens were drinking, WPTV reported. While more arrests are pending the outcome of an investigation, prosecutors say it was not a hate crime because the teen wasn’t attacked because he is autistic.

Aaron Hill’s story has drawn outrage from people across the country, even sparking a #JusticeForAaroncampaign on Twitter.

Paul also joined in that campaign.

“Everyone filming and letting this happen are also psycho #JusticeForAaron,” he wrote on his Twitter feed.

It is unclear if Hill and his family will take Paul up on the offer.

Man I loved, LOVED True Detective but Ozymandias is the greatest thing tv has ever delivered. If BB doesn't sweep the major awards it's a sham.

Spoiler: it is a sham.
