BTTF 2017 : Scoobus wins World Series (2 Viewers)

This whole "clock" thing is too hard for me to keep up with.  I do know I'm six picks away and figured out who I want.  He (or she??) is not very good at baseball, yet I will devastated if I get sniped.

You're saying that because they're all right-handed right?  Right?!
Last season my team consisted of 28 righties and one lefty. I later traded for one more lefty but trust me, it had little to do with which arm he used to pitch.

16.17 - Steven Wright, SP

Because when there's a chance to lock up the 5th rotation spot on an AL East team in a joke stadium, you have to take it, (w)right?

16.24 Michael Saunders OF PHI

i always try to get a 4th OFer who is a full-time starter. With 3 starting OF that gives a lot of opportunity for injury. Plus, you need to give them days off, even if they all play mostly full seasons. He also can double as a PH off the bench

17.01 Luke Gregerson RP HOU

Not a closer, but in this format, sometimes middle relievers are worth more than closers.

He struck out twice while you were typing this justification for him. Then he tripped on a crack in the sidewalk and will be out 4-6 weeks.

Here and catching up. Will get all my makeups done this morning. Bad couple of days, but all is right in the world now.

14.20 - Travis Wood - SP - KC

15.5 - Ubaldo Jimenez - SP - Balt

16.20 - Derek Holland - SP - Chi

17.5 - Patrick Corbin - SP - Ari

Guys with new clubs and possible dead cat bouncebacks??

14.20 - James Shields - SP
If this dude even bounces back a little bit, this is an amazing pick. I took him in the friggin' 4th round last time through.

What's the consensus on Shields? 'Stick a fork in him', or '2016 was an outlier'?

Great pick imo. Shields could not bounce back and still be a turd innings eater. This is a round where people are being drafted HOPING to be a innings eater.
