I am bored......

Face - Tiki Barber - Good looking. Highly recognized.

Brain - Edge James - Experience

Eyes - Shaun Alexander - If there is a hole, he'll find it

Hands - Brian Westbrook - Runs better routes than some NFL WRs

Arms - Thomas Jones PIC - Enough said.

Hips - L. Tomlinson - Lethal in the open field

Legs - Larry Johnson - Good combo of power and speed

Heart - Curtis Martin

Attitude - Marshall Faulk - Knows his role, is a team player and will mentor the young'ins

I really believe that in Marshall Faulk's prime (1998-2001) there was never a RB in NFL history who was better than him or more of a game-changer overall....so I'll say he in his prime was the "Perfect RB"

i like your wierd science-like experiment composed of active rbs. LT2's passing skills should be in there also.

that T Jones pic is SICK.

faulk was perfect for the martz system but not 'the perfect rb' IMO. i just think he was lacking in goal line situations.

I remember that being a pic of Pittman.

also, don't get Faulk's balls. I think he's got a history of cancer.
Its a pic of Thomas Jones when he played for the Bucs in 2003.....Here is Pittman

Legs>>>>>>>> Rudi Johnson.

They are like tree trunks.

He leads the league in broken tackles for a reason.

He runs a 4.33 40 yard dash, has a standing broad jump of 10'9", a vertical leap of 40.5", and can do 24 reps of 225 lbs.

:hophead:

You need to add feet to this list for sure. I would vote Portis. You need to add pass blocking to the list. I would vote Staley.

Hands is arguable, I might go with LT here. Plus, the comment doesn't mean he has the best hands. How aboutHands - LT

Route Running - Westbrook

Hips - Barry Sanders (could also use Barry for "Vision")

If you intend to just use active, is it too soon to put Reggie Bush on here for Hips?

...and how come nobody has commented on the "Brains - Edge" selection?

That's a picture of Pittman, not Jones.

and lmfao @ Edge for brains. That's like picking Davenport for best potty trained.

:sigh:Again, no.... it's not.

Jones was #22 with the Bucs. Pittman was #32. That is T.J.

They are both black men with HUGE guns and tatts, so it's an easy mistake.

The pic is THOMAS JONES.As for Brains, Edge has good experience, is smart with his pass blocking and plays in a more advanced system than most other RBs. I am talking football smarts, not intellectually. Big difference.

He didn't last too long, but it sure looked like Jamal Anderson replaced his legs with tree trunks in 1998. He always comes to mind when I think of great RBs with lower body strength.

Thomas Jones may have some pythons for arms, but Ricky Waters had alligator arms. Since alligators are tougher than pythons that has to be better, right?

What does one thing have to do with the other? Also, if Barry Sanders isn't in here for something (hips, feet, vision), this RB is not perfect.

Barry Sanders is a current RB? News to me.

Tough/durable- E. Smith

Jim Brown .....case closed.
wouldn't the 'perfect' RB not quit in the prime of his career?
Him quitting had as much, if not more, to do with making a political statement during an extremely tense period of race relations in American history as it did with him just leaving the game of football for some random reason. There was an agenda and purpose behind Brown's course of action.

Perfect RB

5'11" 230lbs

4.1 speed

Cuts like Sanders

Plows through guys like Jim Brown

Catches like Marshall Faulk

That's all...
