Bush Questionable (1 Viewer)

I figured this deserves it's own thread.

Rotoworld:

Reggie Bush (knee) was limited in practice again Friday and is listed as questionable to face the Rams in Week 10.

Bush called his ailment a "bone bruise" on Wednesday, and those injuries have been known to cost players game action. Still, indications are that Bush is expected to play in the highly favorable matchup. The game starts at 1:00 ET, so we'll know early Sunday whether Bush is active. Aaron Stecker and rookie Pierre Thomas would likely share touches if Bush is sidelined.

This would be a terrible week for Bush to miss. Great matchup.

Bush was pretty cavalier about this injury the other day, hoping it's nothing serious. Would hate to have him miss such a juicy matchup.

Hopefully his limitation was more of a "team decision" than any reflection on his injury worsening. Kind of like how TJ & CJ get days off and decreased reps.

I mean, we're talkin' 'bout practice.

The rotoworld clip is from nola.com at 1:08. The following is from nola.com at 2pm yesterday:

"Reggie Bush practiced Thursday on a limited basis, and he remains on target to play in Sunday's game against St. Louis. Bush suffered a bone bruise in his left knee last Sunday against Jacksonville, and he sat out Wednesday's practice. But Bush said the Saints are just taking precautionary measures to get him ready for the Rams."

This information is a lot more in line with the reports throughout the week, including Reggie's comments.

Does anyone know if Bush practiced today (Friday)?

Hmm.. this doesn't look very good to me. They were cautious with him in a blowout at San Francisco but then kept him in late in a blowout vs Jacksonville and he got hurt. So if the Saints torture the Rams defense like we think they should, Bush probably won't play the whole game. Will he get enough looks in the first half to make him startable over other guys? Dunno..
