We know she's 64 years old and looks like Swamp Thing, but with that Liz Taylor soft focus photo taken from 700 yards away she looks do-able. :thumbup:

Have you ever tried to use a camera phone at the beach? Zero visibilty due to how bright it is. Plus, I'm a buttman, so that shot was self-explanatory.
 
Wow great rookie contributions, but neither are camera phone shots.

Maybe we should start a 'digital camera pic of the day' thread. It's too bad shuke's gone. He knows how to start threads.

 
True, not actually cell cameras, but still same concept with digital cam. Have had these for a while now.. just a rook at sharing.

 
So sorry for the delay, but went out of town for a couple days. Anyhoo,

Had to go the the mall last week to get a mattress for Little Jive #1's room. Long story short, Sears had the sale, but stocks no mattresses in the store. :hot: Ended up buying at Denver Mattress.

But while I was at the mall waiting for the Mattress sales lady to explain the benefits of upgrading the bed frame to the one with bigger wheels and heavier steel side-bars ( :yawn: ), I managed to mosey around...

Pro'lly should post this one first, even though it was last. End with the strong ones.....

Being at the mall so much, I didn't realize they had an ATM. Go figure.

I WISH the front view of this package outside GNC would have not have been blurry. She was SMOKIN'!

Just picked up a cheap camera phone and the camera phone makes that annoying shutter sound when you take a pic. I couldnt figure out how to disable it and called nokia. The guy looked up my area and tells me my service provider has disabled the ability to turn the shutter sound off in the firmware on all camera phones they sell due to privacy issues.

Screw that - I want to take pictures without people knowing - isnt that the point of the camera phone? :confused:

Anyone know of any hacks, downloads, secret buttons that I can use to disable the sound?

I downloaded a program called BitPim and bought a cable to connect the phone to my computer. It allows you to tap into the firmware, but it's very hard to understand. If you search the web maybe you can find a phone forum where some hackers have addressed the shutter sound. I think one is howardsforum or something.
 
I'm now the Official Shuke mouthpiece. He still loves you guys, but is fighting a habit, you surely understand. Anyways, he has another contribution:

There is a farm I pass that has a sweet corn stand. They have 3 hot college-aged blonde daughters that work it. I will try to document this phenomenon in this thread.Pic I snapped yesterday.Two of them were out there this morning, I tried to get a pic but was driving too fast and just got a pic of the sky.

This guy and I were going for a long rebound on the baseline. I came up and he came down....kinda like a karate chop w/ his forearm between my middle and ring finger. Originally, I thought I dislocated my finger and reached down to pop it into place to keep shooting. Then :shock: . Nothing but blood. Anyway, 6 stitches later....
