Nope. Until the images become intrusive, aka - upskirt, downblouse, etc... taking images of a dressed female's buttocks is not illegal in any state.

Now if you catch a down blouse or an upskirt or going into the confines of a private area, then you can get into some trouble.

Have some friends who do the Voyuer thing, and he gets bend over thong shots, that are legal when they are on teh beach. Just to give you an example.

No, but I leave my phone on my desk so I don't drop it. I guess if it's a clip-on or in a holster it would be safe. But I don't take mine with me at work. I'd want to sterilize it if it just fell on the floor, don't know what I'd do if I had to pull it out of the crapper .Sorry for the delay, I don't check this thread too often, not enough pic's.

This girl is about average people. She doesnt have the work out 6 times a week, eat a peice of lettuce ####, but it fits nicely in the jeans. I wouldnt give it a second look, but its not bad at all.
