A light dusting of cornmeal, lightly pan fried, and the tossed on a Tomato Salad or in a soup. Tasty!

Spinach, Tomato, and fried Capers with pasta in cream sauce

Toss them on a Caprese Salad

Mixed in a deviled egg recipe

What a odd coincidence. We had brunch w/ my mother-in-law yesterday and she gave me a 1 lb jar of capers. There are thousands of capers in there. It would probably be a lifetime supply but I'm pretty sure I'll spill them on the kitchen floor before then.
