Wondering if any Carolina homers, or just some IDP people have any info on the state of the Carolina DB's?

Is Richard Marshall going to start this year, or will he be behind Lucas again until injury?

Marshall had a pretty good rookie season coming in and putting up like 82 tackles, 3 int's, 2 FF and like 10 Pass Defendeds.

So if anyone has some info on him, I'd be grateful.....thinking about scooping him up in a deep IDP league.

Everything I've seen suggests that Marshall is still the 3rd corner. It might be tough for him to repeat those numbers this season, as teams are pretty unlikely to pick on him after last year's performance.

Thanks Jene, that's what I was thinking, but there is always room for hope in an IDP league!

Bump for more information - is Lucas still starting - his numbers aren't that much more than Marshall's. I haven't seen any of the games so.....and the depth chart has Marshall in green which usually means to me - in a fight for starting/or situational. So is it that Marshall is the 3rd CB or is he still fighting Lucas for starting?

Marshall's the 3rd CB, but he's too good to keep off the field for long. He's probably a drop for now in redraft (keeping in mind that he should be a top priority pick up if Gamble or Lucas get dinged), but do not let this guy go in dynasty leagues.
