CBS commish transaction/waivers question (1 Viewer)

We have a new rule that if you pick up a player they must remain on your roster until the next waivers period. Someone just dropped Shaun Hill for the 49ers Defense. They picked up Shaun Hill a few days ago so they are not allowed to do that. Someone called him out on it, he agreed that he just forgot and he shouldn't have done that. Fine. So I go in to reverse the transaction. No problem. But now the 49ers Defense is on waivers until next Thursday which they shouldn't be because they shouldn't have been picked up by this team to begin with.

So is there a way to change a player's waiver status? Or to simply reverse a transaction without me manually doing an add/drop? Right now I'm just telling teams that if they want the 49ers Defense to contact me directly and I'll add them to their team.

TIA

Not exactly sure what the repercussions are but on the "Transactions" page you can check off the transaction you want to reverse and then go to the bottom and click "Delete Selected". Not sure if that just deletes the record of the transaction or actual makes it so the transaction didn't happen.

Yeah try this first. You may have to run a manual waivers for the 49ers defense and just add them to the team that claims them.

that only deletes the record of the transaction. I would bet you can add the 49ers D/ST using commish manually once you determine who gets em.

Yes. You gotta add them manually to the highest priority team that wants them.
no you go to add drop and check the box that says commissioner and you can put them on whichever team but you said they are going to be a free agent so just have whatever team first come first serve announce it on your message board
