Cecil Sapp on the rise (1 Viewer)

Cecil Sapp is the only back Shanahan hasn't had lineup at tailback with the first team yet. So by my complicated logic I've derived that he'll be the next stud Buffalo back. He's a Mike Anderson clone, well everything except for the appeal for Mary Jane. Sapp is the man, book it.

Perfect logic (thread) to get your league mates to drop someone important. Be sure to watch your league WW.

Sapp always reminded me of Marshall Faulk when he was at Colorado State. Seemed to have similar build and running style. He caught passes fairly regularly and had a pretty good yac (all from memory, no stats to back me up). He had a lot of big multi TD games and usually a long break away run or two.

He had one of the best runs from inside the 10 I've seen. You see that? Against Boulder, from like the 7 at Mile High, they ran him up the gut and he broke tackle after tackle, to dive into the endzone with two guys still on him. He carried a Linebacker. Footage shows like 5 or 6 tacklers having touched him at one time or another. I'll never forget that one.Okay, sorry but I had to...Obviously, I would LOVE to see him get more chances. He seems to keep hanging around so that's good.

Kyle Johnson, Damian Nash, Marty Johnson, Cedric Cobbs, and Maurice Clarett down?

I remember pimping Ahmaad Galloway and Santonio Beard not too long ago.

I remember the play. I'm a CSU alum too (assuming you are too Sonny). Those were some good seasons. Any time the CSU step children get to whoop up on the CU elitist tree hugger hippies is some great stuff.I really thought Sapp had a shot in the NFL.
