I've only seen this once. Dude at our office but I have no idea what he does, I assume maintenance or IT. 

Dude is jacked which I'd think is a requirement if you're going to remotely pull it off. Gives the impression that he's a #####, but at least nobody is messing with him.

Bryce Harper comes to mind.  The sides are basically shaved but the top of your dome is left as a sort of mane.   The more impressive of which resemble a cockatoo.  You may also add in the traditional part on each side to go along with the magificent plumage up top, delineating the two.  So the sides look like putting greens (super conservative guy), while the top looks like crazy guy, allowing you to cast a much wider net.
