Lol you can't make this #### up

RB Christine Michael, DAL - (waiver wire: 7-15%)
Hold, Mortimer, Hold!RB Christine Michael, DAL - (waiver wire: 7-15%) - Michael got one measly unsuccessful short yardage carry, but he was up, Joseph Randle was ineffective and a near goal line fumble seemed to draw the ire of the Dallas coaches. If Michael can bring his physical urgent style to this offensive line, their blocking could become invigorated. Michael is still a textbook talent/situation/opportunity hold until he either fails on the field, Randle truly hits for an entire game, or Michael is released.
classic.From the FBG Upgrades/Downgrades email:

stomach is hurting . . . please stop . . .No gif of his incredible run from last night yet???
OUTSTANDING post!Just a guess, but I think it's likely that his raw athleticism and running talent was trumped by crappy work habits and football intelligence. The poor fit and contract arguments don't hold a ton of water with me; Seattle is a smart franchise and would have made it work if they thought he was likely to pan out.
I really do enjoy the FBG content, I read it to read about football, but as for "If Michael can bring his physical urgent style to this offensive line, their blocking could become invigorated ..." ... how is this going to transpire, exactly? The linemen are going to become infused with the Spirit of Michael and start blocking better just because he's back there? From the FBG Upgrades/Downgrades email:

I think the idea is that if Michael got some playing time and was able to make better use of the holes the o-line is creating, they might be inspired as opposed to feeling like they're busting their ### for nothing because Randle/Dmac aren't good enough to take advantage if their efforts.I really do enjoy the FBG content, I read it to read about football, but as for "If Michael can bring his physical urgent style to this offensive line, their blocking could become invigorated ..." ... how is this going to transpire, exactly? I hope not because that'd be bull####. I hope they mean that he takes better advantage of holes so (a) the O-line just looks better and (b) they have more success thus get to run more thus pile up more yards and big plays (and thus look better).I think the idea is that if Michael got some playing time and was able to make better use of the holes the o-line is creating, they might be inspired as opposed to feeling like they're busting their ### for nothing because Randle/Dmac aren't good enough to take advantage if their efforts.I really do enjoy the FBG content, I read it to read about football, but as for "If Michael can bring his physical urgent style to this offensive line, their blocking could become invigorated ..." ... how is this going to transpire, exactly? O linemen have always been inspired by physical rbs that break tackles and whatnot. It's not a new concept. Only natural that it would fire them up.I hope not because that'd be bull####. It is, de facto, pinned. When was the last time it was on page 2?This thread really should be pinned.
I think Saturday. I gave it a bump.Nobody should have to go searching for the Christine Michael thread, EVER!It is, de facto, pinned. When was the last time it was on page 2?This thread really should be pinned.

While we was seeing some traffic from non -CMike supporters..Ugh. this magnificent thread hit page 2.

he won't get over 5. And I am probably being generous.10+ carries this week. I think the over under should be 14. Joe is in the doghouse. Darren runs like a 40 year old and they need him in the Dunbar role, something Chris has not worked on at all as I understand it, and also something Darren has down pat as he competed for the job.
Fantasy wise this could be big for Darren. New England figures to have a big lead forcing Dallas into the 4 wide sets that have been featuring Dunbar.

Other than Philly and teams playing on TNF I don't think any teams practice on Thurs. Wed-Friday with a walk through on Sat is the normal routine.did the cowboys practice today? when do first team reps usually get released?

For actual news here's a quote from the never quiet Stephen Jones:
"Jones on replacing Lance Dunbar: Christine Michael's gonna be able to step up, play a role. We'll look around, see what's available.
http://www.dallasnews.com/sports/dallas-cowboys/20151005-cowboys-vp-dez-bryant-update-sean-lee-expected-back-team-will-look-around-at-running-back.ece
I think Dunbar's injury provides a great opportunity for C-Mike. I could see Randle shifting to more of a passing down role with C-Mike eventually becoming the lead RB on early down work.
Do what???Dont be shocked to hear CMike is "assisisting" w/ the Scout Team..
Its a combination of factors..
CMike is the only back good for a whole mess of carrys (rest kinda duracell moment, after a handful)
The OLine needs work, doesnt matter whose running the ball..
Odds are somebody's going to post "CMike is only the RB3" He don't warrant first team reps..
That's it nothing more to see, because their just flat out guessing, but wanting to help...
Say it enough, and they believe their own bs.
Twitter should be reporting midweek practice info soon!
If ya gotta have the absolute latest? Id just post "Any News?" on the forum..
(/HeadsUp Randles fumbilitis may be delaying progress on new info)
Love your avatar.I think the people supporting DFS sites are overwhelmingly C Mike owners.
Looks like McFadden judging by last weeks game. However tough to say since the coaches were ticked at Randle, as Randle is a decent pass catcher, no Dunbar but good nonetheless.Dallas will be so far behind this weekend, I could see who ever the pass catching back is getting good numbers this week.
Speculation, of course. Random? Not really. I said I could see it happening and what is FF without speculation. Why???Other than Philly and teams playing on TNF I don't think any teams practice on Thurs. This is the kind of random speculation that keeps this thread going I guess. FWIW, Randle has 18 CAREER receptions. He's not really a 3rd down back kind of guy if you're looking for receiving. I guess if you consider college, he did have some receptions, but that's a whole different game. I'd say McFadden is much more likely to play on 3rd downs.
I don't know, none of that makes sense...Do what???Dont be shocked to hear CMike is "assisisting" w/ the Scout Team..

I think, after reading it 4 times, he's saying CM is going to be the lead running back on the practice team because he is the best back and is so good he doesn't need to practice behind the offensive line and learn how they block. And anyone who says otherwise is foolish and guessing because they are just trying to help and nothing more. And if you want to find out the latest practice info, all you have to do is start a thread and name it "Any News?"
